Burgers Ace Hardware

This place is amazing. A huge selection with a personal touch. On my last trip, I got everything from paint to canning supplies. Love the family run/local vibe. My new hardware store!

I can pretty much go anywhere to buy hand tools, light bulbs, leaf bags, extension cords etc... etc.. However, I always go to Brugers Ace because of the customer service. The absolute best. Only one time the service was extremely rude, but I have not seen that person for a long while. Anyway, Ace is truly the place!

Without you Greg, Ace closes down. I've been there hundreds of times and literally only once did they not have what I needed. They've never recommend something that was totally wrong for a project. It's always been right on the $. You can't get service like that anymore. You don't feel overwhelmed when you're looking for something specific. They don't pester you. If you can't decide what you want and just want to look around, they leave you to it. But if you need help someone will be close by to give you that wonderful old school service. I don't know about everyone else but I will definitely pay the extra dollar for an item instead of going to Home Depot.Besides you would spend that extra buck in gas driving all the way there. If you're reading this then you know that Ace is just around the corner in the neighborhood. If I could give them 6 stars I would. I build custom desktop computers. I got all my paints, sanding equipment, ect. Because of Ace this is what my project turned out to be:

Theses folks are knowledgeable when you have a question about a project, they know exactly where things are stocked when you can't find something, and they almost always have lower prices than HD or Lowe's. Really no reason to ever go to another hardware store.

Whenever I have needed something from the hardware store I have come to this location over the past 3 years. They have always been able to help me even if they didn't have the part/item I was looking for in stock. There is always someone to greet me when I walk in the door and help me find exactly what I am looking for. This is a great place for an experienced handymen or for the clueless looking for assistance in a DIY project.

Always my stop for household maintenance needs.Sales people always willing to answer questions,make recommendations and be of assistance.As a widow trying to conserve on expenses by doing things myself ; they are the place I go.

The store is clean, we’ll stocked, organized and well lit making it easy to find what you need. The staff is generally pleasant and over eager to help. How can you give a company bad reviews for trying to help when there are so many other companies that don’t acknowledge you when you walk through the door. It is a convenient place to go when I need some hardware or other household goods and think it is a great asset to the neighborhood I live in!

The staff here is very professional, courteous, and always willing to give their expertise and the items you need. They always know which items are located in the isles. always. Again they're super courteous and friendly. Keep up the great work staff your doing a fine job.

Bought an Ego hedge trimmer within a few minutes of walking into the store. I was offered assistance before I could even start looking for the item for which I was shopping. Before I knew it, the associate looked on the computer and had one behind the desk. Took it up to the register, provided my phone number toe the clerk for rewards points and tapped my credit card for payment. The only criticism I have is that the cashier had the personality of a rock. Could be that I didn't tap my credit card in the correct place.

I was looking for a specific item and had called to see if Burger's carried it. The person on the phone was friendly and polite. That person actually located the item in the store while on the phone with me. When I arrived at the store I received the same great service from arrival through check out. The store was clean and organized and the staff was knowledgeable about the products in the store. Great experience!!

Small but very well stocked hardware store/more. Very handy to have close by. Prices seemed reasonable. Clean store and helpful staff.

I went in to purchase a snow scraper and salt ...Bob assisted me and was kind and very helpful. I always enjoy shopping at Ace as the employees are never too busy to help. God bless all of you.

Great little hardware store very helpful staff friendly and knowledgeable many items for your home improvement projects plenty of more items for your yard work and grills for when you are done and want that perfect steak or burger

Stopped in today for a couple of pieces of hardware. Was promptly greeted and helped. They found exactly what I needed. Much better service than the big box hardware stores.

Bought a Traeger Ironwood 885 from Burgers Ace Hardware.
From start to finish, everything was 5 stars.
Knowledgeable sales associate (Chris) helped me with every question I had. Also gave suggestions and recommendations.

They also had every accessory, sauce, rub and pellets that I needed available in store. I was actually really surprised they have such a variety in store. Most stores require you to buy online.
Owner hand delivered my Traeger, and was also very knowledgeable about the product and explained everything to my wife.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Couldn't be happier. 10/10⭐

Just had a Ariens snowblower delivered. Went through a walkthrough, on how to use at the house. Delivery was on time as scheduled. Always friendly customer service. Support local businesses!

First time shopper here. Decided to stop in after Lowe's did not have what I needed, nor did they care to offer advice.

This store was amazing; well stocked! They gentleman who assisted knew exactly what I needed. The cashier was super friendly. She signed me up for rewards, and gave me a sale ad! Good thing because we will be back!!!

Great place! It is eat to get in and out of and they usually have everything I need. I am always greeted and someone is always willing to help me find what I need. It is very clean and organized, which I appreciate. Beats going to other big box hardware stores!
