CVS

I always find what I am looking for, especially meds and OTC meds. People there are always helpful and pleasant.

I have been shopping at this location since it opened. Everyone who works there are so helpful and friendly all the time. The pharmacy staff are the best. Thank you to all of them especially Jim, Deanna, Julie & Cindy you are all great people. I have 1 complaint Eric the manager or so he said he was, he really needs to go back to CVS training school and learn how to be a nicer person and be retaught how to talk to people. I had an incident and I brought it to his attention via a phone conversation and he practically called me a liar, I was absolutely appalled at his attitude and nothing was resolved. I definitely won't deal with this child ever again unless he learns some manners

Jim is the best. A pharmacist with a heart and a genuine nice guy. Evie on the front end is phenomenal as well. She knows pretty much everything about the store and if she does not she will find out. You feel like family there. I highly recommend the lakeshore in mentor store!

Pharmacy is the greatest:

I've been going there for over 6 years seeing some of the same Pharmacists. Their level of service and attention to detail always amaze me. They manage to to a great job in spite of:

-The health insurance companies' ridiculous "rules" game which deliberately creates a paper work nightmare for the Doctors, Pharmacist and patients all for their own gain.
-CVS corporate who consistently under-staffs this branch in such a densely populated area. (you don't see these problems in Geauga County! hmmmmm....)

I was running late to pick up my mothers prescription. The pharmacy was closed and when I asked the cashier she said yes it closes at 6, it was 610. The pharmacist, who was walking out the door, heard me and went and opened it back up to give me my mothers medicine. I cant say enough how much i appreciate jim, the pharmacist, going above and beyond. Thank you

I always feel like a friend when I go to this
pharmacy. Over the years I have been treated
kindly and with respect. And the pharmacists
are on the ball questioning how and when I
am taking some medicines. It just makes you feel safe. Thanks Guys!🙂

They had what I wanted whereas Walgreens did not. Easy to find. Pleasant cashier. Easy in, easy out.

Deanna the Pharmacist is great she worked in another cvs and that is where we met her she great and hope no one speaks ill of her. she went out of her way to help my husband who had just broken both of his feet. she got meds fro him on her own time when her cvs didn't have them. she answers questions when I call and is very informative. Love this lady.

Best CVS location with the best people working in all functions of the store. They are friendly, fast and efficient. Least amount of wait time for prescriptions.

I can't speak for the pharmacy, but the front store workers here are so nice. Toni, Patti, Kathy, and Debriana are all super sweet.

Had another great experience at this CVS getting a flu vaccine for my son and I. Prompt and courteous service despite being short staffed.

Great place to shop , with the help always willing to go above and beyond to assist the customer. Manager Chris and front store Evie always ready and able to give their customers all the guidance they need to find what they are looking for.

Always neat and organized. I like how they rearranged the store recently. Great service.
