Mark & Sam L installed our new gas stove yesterday. They were so nice, and professional. They definitely know what they are doing based on how quickly they were able to take the old stove out and bring the new stove in. They were careful not to scratch the floor, and let me clean under the stove area before placing the new one. Thank you Silica, Mark & Sam L! Loving the new stove so far!!

Purchased a new washer!! Salesperson Eric was Great!! Had it delivered on 12/6/23 at 8:30am!! The guys that delivered were phenomenal Josh Travis and Ben knew what they were doing!! Got the old one out and had the new one hooked up in record time!! Glad we bought from Silica!!

Eric at the store was very knowledgeable about the washers and dryers and helped me choose the best set for my household. The delivery was scheduled within days. Mitchell and Blaine did an excellent job of installing my new washer and dryer. It involved removing some doors and a railing and they were careful with everything and cleaned up the area very nicely. They even gave me some helpful information on running the machines for the first times. Great company to work with.

They are excellent! Very friendly! And they were very accommodating. Especially since I forgot that I had to leave early for a job interview. Mark and Kevin did a fantastic job setting up and taking out my old stove. I really appreciated the extra effort in cleaning up the behind the old stove before putting in the new one. It also happened to have several inches of snow in my front yard, and they cleared away to get the stove in and took care of everything in record time. Competitive price with other stores, delivery crew of Travis, Rusty and Logan were great, very careful with our property! I discovered slight ding in a door of the fridge, they offered to compensate with money or replace the door, no questions asked. Great business to work with!

Thanks to Chris and Kevin, it took less than an hour to get back to a working dishwasher! They swooped in, exactly on time, new one in, piece of garbage Whirlpool out! (NEVER EVER EVER Buying a Whirlpool again, less than 5 years old and we replaced more parts than I can count, so many I have a spare parts pile for it). They spent time showing my kids how to run it and my wife was all smiles. Neat, clean, fast, professional.... could not be happier!

I had both a great experience buying my dishwasher and having it installed. Don the man that sold it to me was very informative and helpful. Tom K. installed it yesterday and he did a wonderful job. He explained everything about running it and he was both well informed and did a great job with the installation. if I need another appliance, Silica will be my first stop.

Our new washer was delivered by Chris and Kevin this weekend and they did a great job. They were very friendly and professional. They installed our new washer and discarded our old washer for us. All for $99.99. Well worth the money! Would not hesitate to recommend Silica.

The delivery was exactly on date and time promised. Tom K was our expert installer who met the challenge of working in a very old house. He was totally prepared, skilled, neat, fast and helpful. Purchased a stove, fridge and dishwasher. First time I was in checking things out, spoke with a lady. Very friendly and helpful. Came back a month later because stove I wanted was cheaper and worked with Don. He price matched the fridge and I was able to do one stop shop. Much appreciated and Don was great to work with too. My delivery guys and dishwasher installer (Tom K., Brian, and Bernie) were fast, efficient and friendly. Overall an amazing experience and would recommend Silica to anyone!
