Walmart Supercenter

This place was amazing. Never had been to a "Walmart" before but they surprisingly had a lot of stuff. I mean more than most stores. It was impressive really

Friendly staff and can find pretty much everything you would need there

I needed some supplies and was able to stop for the night on their lot. Greatly appreciated & easy shopping & restocking the next morning.

Self checkout is simple. No problems.

It has so far had everything I've needed. Especially the pharmacy. Outstanding people.

We are happy that we can do the one stop and shop all at one time. We appreciate not having to drive all over to pick up different things, especially with high gas prices. We picked up a frying pan as well as a couple of tops, and some groceries. The workers are very helpful if you don't know where to find something.

I always have good experiences at Walmart get my stuff and self checkout so I can get in and out in no time

Yesterday i came to grab a propane the store was busy and the manager was on lunch the training manager helped me and she was wonderful i dont remember what her name is she had red hair, she was very nice and helpful. I tryed to d.i.y. some tires at home, it ended up not going well. I called Walmart. The Lady that answered the phone said could come in and they would take care of it. I didn't have a appointment. I brought the tire in. They were very nice. I need to pick up a few things.I shoped checked out. I came back to the tire area. They had my tire done, shortly after. Amazing no appointment, they helped me out when i was in a bind. Thank you Walmart tire and Lube you guys are great!!!

I came in today with no cart and ended up getting too many items to carry with two hands. I spoke to Tricia from online department. She saw me carrying too many things and she brought me a cart from the front all the way to where I was standing in the store. She was an amazing help! Highly recommend shopping here!

Everything for less, the one stop shopping store.

Great customer service!! Early "Seniors Only" shopping hour this morning. Manager was at the door welcoming seniors. Just inside door was a table with small candy bar snacks and bottled water, FREE. Decals showing staggered staging at cashier lines and smiling employees throughout. They sure did a great job making my early morning experience both safe an enjoyable. Please don't tell anyone so it doesn't get crowded next time. ;-)

There were 3 troublemaking hooligans riding bikes around the bakery, all dressed as different power rangers, instead of stopping the kids the employee named Joey, joined in and went to the produce department singing “Bob the builder” 5 stars would go again

Pharmacy meds pickup
I don't want to wait I'm not feeling good! Why would I want to shop the store for 15 min and spread what the flu, cold, ect to others I just need meds to knock it out of system! Not run around store spreading germs I did wear a mask! No it was not covid!

That was the best ever night shopping there: everyone I met in the store was very nice, pleasant, and helpful.

Service center on tires and auto has excellent service. Two blown, stuck on HYW 16 they hooked me up in morning swapping tire got my car off HYW and swapped other on my appointment time great people. Thanks Walmart auto center

This review goes out to the young man named Braedon aka the MVP at the local Watertown Walmart. I purchased a pair of shorts earlier today that had the hanger for a medium size but didn't notice until I got home that they were a different size. I took them back pretty late in the day and when I got to customer service they had closed about 7min ago. I walked up to Mr. Braedon who was standing near a cash register and he was nice enough to go the extra mile and ask a supervisor to see if I could still exchange the shorts. The supervisor walked him through the transaction and I was able to get the right size shorts. This really made my day and I walked out the doors with a smile. I just wanted to make sure Mr. Braedon gets the praise he deserves for his excellent customer service skills that he displayed today.
