A great CVS with everything you need in a quick stop! The pharmacy is quick, helpful and very friendly! A movie rental kiosk is available outside. Plenty of toiletries, paper products, food, beverages, seasonal merchandise, cards, health and beauty products to choose from. There’s even a photo service counter for all your photo processing needs! You can check out at the normal registers or the self checkout register. Clean and well organized store! I definitely recommend shopping at this CVS!

Megan in pharmacy went the extra mile to help me today, and I am super grateful. Sadly, that has not always been the case with some others at this location.

A person never knows what another person is going through. Sometimes a little bit of someone giving a darn, a kind voice, and a smile may mean the world to a person who feels absolutely defeated and just trying to make it to tomorrow.

I was looking for Lorann Candy Oils the sales associate her name was Kontessa was super helpful. She helped me locate what I needed. When I couldn't find the flavor I needed she went back to the pharmacy and found it. Not many people care to help customers now a days. She demonstrated outstanding customer service!

I've been living in London for a month and dealt with this CVS several times. They are without exception, always friendly and helpful. Anyone who has rated them below a 5 has not experienced the difference because this group is first class! Thanks for that!

Haven't had a bad incident yet with this CVS. Get my family's medicine here and both the pharmacy and counter clerks have been very kind. Nice selection of holidays themed items. Only downside is busy hours at the pharmacy drive through, lines can get pretty long but the staff works quickly to get everything taken care of.

I've always shopped at Walgreens but since moving to town I've been shopping here. I am very happy with the change. Anytime I go I always feel like I'm important the manager makes an effort to make sure I'm taken care of as well as all the other staff. They've always gone above and beyond to help me.

I really like this pharmacy, especially with the drive thru option. Very convenient when you are a caregiver for more than one person. Makes errands go a lot quicker. Also the ONLY store in London, Ohio that carries specific Cetaphil products, like Cetaphil Pro, which Walmart stopped carrying this last year. If you get the care pass , which is 5 bucks a month, it more than pays for itself in what you save by having it. I can pick up 55 bucks worth of stuff, but between coupons on my card and carepass, I only pay around 35 bucks for my items. The staff are always helpful and friendly, too. If they know you come there for a specific item, they try to keep it stocked for you.

We had a passport photo mishap at another CVS location. The manager resolved the issue quickly and at no extra charge. He was a true professional.

Pharmacy was a great deal of help when I called to ask questions about Covid exposure. She took time to make sure I understood befor hanging up. Very helpful!

Had a photo online mishap and the employees working went out of their way to resolve the issue. I didn't get the young ladies name but her and Chance were very helpful. I would shop there again.

I get my meds there. Is you shop alot you get a 10$ reward to spend every month on what ever you wanted

I dreaded the long pharmacy lines and tube drive through problems at my normal pharmacy, so I decided to switch back to CVS pharmacy and give them a try. The store prices seem higher, but the lines are much shorter. They have cashier's, a self checkout, a coupon kiosk inside, and a few different programs for saving extra money. In one week I had great experiences with two staff members, and one that was a bit rude. Hopefully that was just an off day. The store was clean, and wasn't too crowded, and that made my trips short and easy. They offer delivery plus order pickup and so far it's been less of a chore to grab what I need.
