Erica Klontz and Kevin Bentz were a great help to me in getting back on the road quickly with the replacement of a dead battery, and the service and expertise they offered in helping to understand why my vehicle was stuck in low gear after I jump started it at a different location. It ended up being the computer system just needed a few minutes to reset itself after the replacement of the new battery.

This was after 8:00P, and I was picturing worst case scenarios in terms of having to leave the vehicle overnight, something more serious with the vehicle being stuck in low gear, etc..., but I was back on the road in about 20 minutes!

Their service was greatly appreciated!

This morning my car wouldn't start. The 7 year old battery was dead. I called this store spoke to an employee who stated that they had my battery in stock, he also told me he could install it for me. Well, it took all of 10 minutes from door to exiting the parking lot. I couldn't be happier, considering it cost $200. Thank you all so much.

Rolled in with my truck and trailer (literally.) We had a idle pulley melt on the way to a construction job & limped into this location with the belt dangling. They hooked me up with a replacement, let me borrow the tools i needed & had a battery charger to get me moving. Fantastic service and advice! I would highly recommend this location!

I came in here with a battery issue. Before even charging me or naming a price they checked to see if the batter was under warranty. They replaced the battery and I was out the door. 10/10 on helping me quickly and correctly.

Highly recommend London Autozone!! Austin and Jesse were incredibly helpful, Austin even lent us some of his personal tools and helped us remove a tire. They were personable and friendly, very glad we chose to stop at this autozone!

Been shopping with this particular location for years. The employees are helpful and have a lot of knowledge you can tap into. If parts aren't in the store they typically get delivered the same day or a day later.
