AT&T Store

I have been to this store several times for iPhone upgrades. I have dealt with Ahmed with my transactions. And this guy is awesome. He was very patient & thorough in answering my questions. During my last visit (to upgrade an iPhone) he suggested some products (Internet Air & Gemini Air TV) that improved the quality & saved money. I spoke with him (live & on the phone) several times till I was satisfied & understood the explanation. He even offered to come to my home & set up the new equipment. Excellent service my friend. Truly exemplifies great customer service.

Best location I’ve been to in a while. AJ did an amazing job answering my questions and keeping me entertained while Vince did a PHENOMENAL job at setting up my new phone and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Great experience in general. Also I don’t remember her name but the manager lady made me feel very welcomed and comfortable the second I walked in. They tried their best to help the customers around me as well so no one was waiting too long. Very impressed :)

Vince was absolutely AMAZING with helping my mom and I with my voicemail and wiping our old phones clean. He was so nice, patient, and just very professional. Vince manager Tim was also GREAT and made sure we didn't wait long on our service. They have made switching from T-Mobile to AT&T easy and comfortable. Will recommend my friends to have them help them personally! Thank you again for all your help!!!!!!!

I had an EXCEPTIONAL experience at this location. I went in regarding a bill issue and came out with a new iPhone 15 and a watch. Eric, AJ even down to the manager were very helpful, patient and made things so easy and pleasant. Thank you guys keep up the GREAT work‼

Longtime Verizon customer that just stopped in to compare prices. Leaving with a new Samsung phone & watch on AT&T. Jay did a fabulous job answering all our questions. I would drive to this store just to get personable and honest customer service from him.

Jay and Carla were extremely helpful at the Hilliard Rome location. We came in to upgrade all three of our phones in our family plan, they were able to help keep our monthly payment the same and we were able to all get new iPhone 14’s. They were extremely patient with us and assisted in our back-ups to ensure all of our information was transferred correctly. They both exceeded our expectations in customer service and we are very happy to be customer of AT&T.

Great experience at this store and with the WHOLE crew!! Shout-out to Meesh, Caleb, Jason, and Vince! From the time my wife and I stepped in, we were greeted with professionalism and friendliness. Caleb was our Customer service rep and did an excellent job of explaining the plans and services. My wife and I had a lot going on, but Caleb handled it all with much patience and a bit of fun. If there was something he had a question about, Meesh was there to answer all questions and to further clarify. Even had a lot of fun through the process of transferring service even though the store was closing soon. Anyway, I've rambled enough. Excellent time here!

Jay, Vince, and Caleb did an outstanding job. Super friendly and helpful, they even put the game on! I would rate them a 10/10 in terms of customer service. They were really helpful in terms of how they handled the situation. They even mentioned some sweet buy one get one offer on watches, which unfortunately we couldn’t take part on. However, with the holidays right around the corner it might be something we can take part of later! Overall their service was phenomenal and we were really grateful for the help.

Tim and Vincent were amazing, made the process of getting our first family plan super easy. The forms Tim made to track everything were very helpful and Vincent was super friendly. 10/10 would go back

Jay, Miesha, and Tim made this experience next level for us. None of the waiting around for hours, or being up sold into stuff we didn't need. We came out paying significantly less with AT&T, than with our previous plan. Thank you all so much!!

I’ll tell you what after a horrible day I found myself reluctantly going to upgrade my phone. So far I had lost my dog and managed to destroy my phone by accidentally sitting on it while weeping on the sidewalk outside of my house. Upon entering the store I was pleasantly greeted by Jay and Carla. I informed them of my horrific day and I found them to be not only consoling, but also excited and knowledgeable about their product and ready to assist me with any issue. I had many questions and many doubts however all of them were addressed. If I ever have another issue I will be back here again

Jay and AJ are two of the best customer service reps I've ever had the pleasure to work with. They made the whole experience extremely enjoyable. I've brought my whole family in and Jay took care of them as well! Thank you guys!! 😊

Caleb was awesome and set me up perfectly. He deserves a raise. I’m bringing my husband back in and we will deal with him.

Everything went well for upgrading my iPhone and iPad. The rep was helpful explaining differences with the phone models I was interested in. It didn’t take long for the him to transfer everything to the new phone and I was on my way in a very reasonable amount of time! Thanks!

I had trouble with ann incorrect trac phone account set up at Walmart. I tried returning the phone to Walmart, and was told there was nothing they could do.

Thank goodness I went to the AT&T of their way to get the problem resolved. T store. Carla and especially Alvin ,AJ, were so helpful. They went way out of their way to get the necessary manager to speak with.

The whole exchange took them over two hours. I am so impressed with their helpfulness, respect for the customer, and impeccable manners.

I have never experienced any as helpful as these two!

They fixed our billing issues and explained things better than any store we have ever been to. Excellent staff!

Eric and Vince took great care of my girlfriend and I! We had a poor experience across the street at T-Mobile, and when we arrived they greeted us promptly and took care of every step along the way. Tim the manager stopped by to make sure everything went well, and made sure that we were seen and all our needs were met. We left with the complete opposite experience we had at T-Mobile, I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade in the area, especially because of the staff!

Jay helped us out so much! He was so friendly and able to help update our phones and switch from Verizon to AT&T. Highly recommend going to this store and requesting Jay’s help. He made everything so easy!

The Hilliard store is the best. I've been a customer of this store since 2007. I've always had great service here. Carla and Jay really helped me today solve a few issues.
