Walmart Supercenter

One of the best Walmart Supercenter’s to shop at! Located in a small farming town in Madison County west of Columbus, this store is pleasant to do business with helpful staff and never crowded like most Walmart’s. Not as big as the other Supercenters in larger towns cities but is well stocked and the employees have an emphasis of helping customers you don’t usually experience at other locations. The Pharmacy looks fantastic and plenty of stock throughout the store to choose from. Had some great clearance deals in every department as well. One regular check-out lane was open with a couple of customers in line and when we got in line, we had a cart and a half full of merchandise, another employee, and please forgive me for forgetting her name, promptly opened another check-out lane for us! The employees at this Walmart seem to care about customer satisfaction a lot better than most Walmarts! A definitely night and day difference in customer care for sure! If you’re tired of dealing with out of stock merchandise, crowded stores and no employees to help the customers on the sales floor, take a 20 minute drive from Columbus or Springfield, OH for a much better and relaxing shopping experience at a Walmart Supercenter than you probably have never experienced at Walmart in your life! You won’t believe it! Absolutely a fantastic shopping experience to have and without the headache! Keep doing what you’re doing staff of the London, Ohio Walmart Supercenter! Thanks for being what every Walmart store should be throughout the country and organization!

Love this store. Every "superstore" has a good 8-12 underpaid employees hard at work. Always 1/16 registers open. I don't shop here. It's just a great place to get a general idea on what the US population consists of. Take a walk around, observe 100 people and conversations, multiply by 70million... Thats your US POPULATION.

I needed to fix one of my tires asap. (FF)When I arrived at the Auto center at the Walmart, they were closing for the day. But, they fixed my tire. They worked for almost 1/2 hr to fix it. I sincerely appreciate for their kindness and excellent work. I was traveling interstates.👍👍

Love walmart..keep shelves full. Some staff at the self serve register could be a little more polite. I would 75 % are polite some of the others doesn't say anything and stands at the end and looks like she can't wait to leave. Usually younger ones are the ones.

Great store with great deals on a variety of items. And service animals and emotional support animals are welcome but I wouldn't recommend taking a horse though.

I love Walmart I can't even lie, if it was Walmart or the Mall it would most likely be Walmart hands down to buy clothes and such, Not only that but they have delivery, & an app, & they even have pick up & u don't even have to get out ur car, like how awesome fr fr, Great Prices, especially on the Arts & Crafts stuff & the Fabrics & such that I use so much in my line of work, Excellent customer service & The pharmacy ( at least here in London ohio ) they are the very best fr, They we're closed for lunch & I needed my pain meds but my van had been broke down & I had to get a ride out to pick it up, they went ahead and got my meds for me & sent me on my way & they did it with a smile & I was SOOOO appreciative of that cause I couldn't make it back out again & I couldn't wait any longer cause my ride had places to be, & they weren't even on the clock when they helped me, I don't even think they know how much of a life saver that was for me cause I have chronic back pain & had been without my pain meds for over a week & was just so miserable, Keep up the excellent work Walmart, Ur still my #1

I have to give a shout out (a bit later than I planned but...they deserve to be commended)to Danielle, Chevi, Ema and Alec.

By far, these employees went above and beyond to help me check out and to help me load my large, very large, amount of groceries in my car.

They were amazing, professional, and outstanding examples of what we are Missing in today's society. I am grateful to have had their assistance.

Made a return with no problem 😊 The customer service assistant was also training someone. She was polite, quick but yet VERY efficient 😉 Their wasn't a line....Thank God🙏, and I was her 1st customer of the day since they had just opened . Hehehe 😁 I was in a big hurry, so it all worked out. Thank you Wal-Mart as a whole & ty to the Customer Service Assistant who waited on me!

Walmart Supercenter the same as all the others. What makes the difference is the people. And today ALL the employees were absolutely wonderful. They allow big trucks like us to park and do our shopping. Adding them to our list of favorites and we will be back. Thank you employees for a great experience this morning.

This walmart is always stocked well and very clean! Never any real cashiers, but I've gotten pretty good at doing it myself! 😵‍💫

I'll start off by telling you I gave up on all Walmart stores years ago in central Ohio because of the poor employees and the filthy, rude customers. However, for the past 2 months I have been going to this store for groceries, clothing, and other items. Each time the store was clean with nice and helpful employees throughout the store. And just as important, the other customers were clean, and displayed basic traits of common cortices and were friendly. Stay out of Columbus and Franklin County stores. Always visit your rural stores.

This Walmart Supercenter is the best Walmart in a sixty mile radius. The stock of men's clothes on the shelves of the store is second to none. Also they carry 3X and 4X size shirts for men. Clothes prices are very reasonable. The grocery section carry many items you will not find in the central Ohio stores, maybe because this store is out in the country. Staff is friendly and the store is always clean.
