UH Ahuja Medical Center

Working closely with the critical care team and now hospice as my brother transitions. He is fortunate to be here. Rick, Bailey, and Selina in the ICU are amazing, empathetic, professional caregivers. They are quick to answer any questions and provide support. They are so knowledgeable and are providing efficient, compassionate care to my brother and his family. I have no doubt my brother is in excellent hands as he begins his final journey. Thank you for taking care of him.

I love UH everything about how my labor and delivery went and how they cared for me and my son . They made sure I was safe and comfortable and catered to my every need and I appreciated every part of that . The staff and manager Lauren made everything the more better for me .

I had a very good experience in the breast center of Ahuja, especially with all of the nurses. Everyone was very communicative. If you have to get a biopsy they play nice music and have aroma therapy sticks and R heldy hand the entire time.

Ahuja is a wonderful hospital. My wife had a necessary procedure performed there. Everyone, nursing, transport, housekeeping, lab, absolutely everyone we encountered were absolutely terrific. Everyone did everything they could to treat us both in the kindest and most helpful manner possible. We can’t say enough good things about all of those wonderful people. The people at Ahuja go above, beyond, and out of their way to serve the patients. Ahuja should be proud of the great team of people they have put together.

I had surgery on August 11 2023. Dr. Parks was my surgeon, he is the best. The surgery team was very thorough and me feel safe and cared for. I am a nurse and I can say they were the best experience ever. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you team 😁 I can say there emergency room was the worst experience waited 3 hours to see doctor. The doctor lied to me about my labs. As you can see I ended up having surgery 2 weeks later. Doctor didn't even palpate my abdomen or check for bowel sounds. He didn't even touch me. ER was the worst experience ever.

Visited Ahuja Medical Center many times for emergencies and most recently jaw surgery. Their nursing staff and receptionist are pretty trained and professional. A truly clean hospital. The doctors are uncomplicated and trustworthy.

Had a same day procedure done and it was my first time at Ajuha. The facility and bathrooms were clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The reception staff, the nurses, and anesthesiologists were all excellent. I felt so well taken care of and confident in my care team. If I need any procedures in the future I will definitely be returning to Ahjua. Dr. Whilhem was also excellence and so easy to work with.

The new south surgery rooms are clean and very awesome. Nurses are very helpful and caring. They all did a great job with my outpatient surgery care. I’m sorry that people are having difficulty with their emergency services though from reviews.

The staff were so sweet, incredibly helpful and accommodating. I cannot express how thankful I am for all their help and figuring out what was going on with me the day I went in. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood what was going on or what they would be doing, before actually doing it. They made my experience here so much less scarier than I thought it would be.

My fiancé is here currently. Really exceptional staff here. Sameera,RN and the aides were really nice. The doctors and surgeons were nice as well. However, the kitchen staff are extremely rude. Everything else good overall

Great place easy to find where your going, lots of parking and handicap parking spots, drs offices has its own entrance on the side of the building. Very clean, lots of staff to ask questions or get directions from. This is the place to go if you want a dr who will listen and help you and find how best to help you.

I went to this hospital and they had caring doctors and nurses to and they where really nice to me at this hospital it is a win win to go to i would say this hospital is the best to get care at for your knee. everyone is very nice and friendly to it is really clean hospital as well and well kept clean. it is a very nice hospital inside to the floors are well kept very clean Abuja hospital is the best hospital to go when you have a knee problem. i know this hospital is very faraway for some people i just cant get over the fact it is a good hospital to attend to when you have knee problems i would say this hospital is a 10/10 to go to it is just how the hospital is and how it is caring by the other staff and it is just want i see when i went into this hospital.

I enjoy going here for my personal medical needs as well as for my family! They’ve recently added a sports medicine clinic and additional parking since I’ve last visited here!

My uncle was rushed here for leg pains and leg swelling a day after his primary doctor diagnosed him with Achilles inflammation. He self admitted here after a day of extreme leg pain. Yes we waited for hours for admitting. I get we live in a world of severe covid cases and emergency cases come in. The nurses explained it was close to capacity. My uncle was admitted and had great care when he got a room and they CT scanned and tested his blood quickly. The doctor gave good news of no cardiovascular damage. Nurses have been great and attentive. Hospital food not so great, but we came here for an emergency, not to eat. Thanks to all the staff for doing what they are trained to do.

Beautiful hospital. Great care and nice nurses, doctors and people. Would go here again. Doctor Cherullo is a great urologist.

I took my sister there for a colonoscopy and the people, service, and care were 1st rate. Everyone was helpful and so caring. From the valet service to the nurses and doctors. They are incredible.

Overall, they get everything done well. It's clear that they are short on staff and really their nurses are working extremely hard they have excellent nurses assistants on the floors incredibly kind and helpful even the guy who took a blood sample was super nice. My surgery literally gave me my life back!! Thank you Dr. Kraay you are a tremendously gifted surgeon!!!

After having an awful experience with Cleveland clinic, my husband was rushed here. They got him in, scanned, into surgery and out the door within 8 hours. Every staff member was friendly and extremely accommodating! I couldn’t have been happier! Thank you all for taking some of the stress out of an awful situation

This hospital has saved my life. I have had treatments for serious conditions. The emergency room waiting time is quick. Often times I can get right in. Once your in the ER there is waiting times for them to do the full work up.
Then when your admitted I have received outstanding care. The surgeons have been exemplary.
Being sick is not easy. I see others have posted negative reviews. I get the feeling the doctors and nurses actually do care. I look at them with gratitude .They did save my life
These reviews are often about our own attitude. Lets be more grateful for the care we receive. We have a great hospital. It is local. The facilities are new. The rooms are beautiful . The upstairs rooms are private and quiet.
Cheer up its not all bad. Being sick is what skews our judgements
