First and foremost - this boutique offers a wide range of unique and trendy clothing at a very reasonable price. If you follow their Facebook page, they are running sales all the time. Secondly, Chelsea, the owner, is such an attentive person - she works to answer all questions as soon as possible, contacts you if there are any issues and actually gets to know her clientele while running all aspects of her business.

There is a negative review about being argumentative and not knowing about the refund policy - I've been purchasing from this business since it opened and it's been clearly displayed all over about the return/credit policies. And, Chelsea has always worked to ensure customer satisfaction - I had a garment get wonky on me and she contacted the manufacturer to inquire about this issue on my behalf. Literally, this shop goes above and beyond for their customers.

Absolutely adore this boutique and its owner Chelsea! Chelsea is always willing to go out of her way to help out a customer. Clothes are so cute and fresh so different then all the same old stuff in the stores, every time I wear a BarnDoorBoutique outfit I get nothing but compliments all day! Prices are fantastic you will not break the bank shopping here. Ladies go treat yourself to a new spring outfit!

Have shopped here a couple times. Prices are high for low quality overall. They have a no refund policy which I wasn't made aware of. I purchased a flannel top marked size Meduim but clearly a size 2x or larger. Girl working there argued that it's a boyfriend cut style, but it's not. Rude customer service. Will not return.
