Kroger

Stellar service. I’m so used to the service at the deserved negative star rating of Kroger at Polaris, that having an employee come and try to bag around me while I was bagging my own groceries blows my mind. Well worth the drive. Clean building, proper service, only issue is meat looks old. I don’t expect Kroger to ever have good looking meat. Please y’all keep doing what you are doing. Maybe your management could go mentor management at the Polaris store.

I love Krogers, it is affordable, they have nice selection of items, I carry my own bags everywhere, and I self checkout and go, I love Kroger's stores ❤❤❤all stores is becoming self checkout and must get used to

Best Kroger pickup out of all the Kroger pick ups. So quick and efficient and everyone is so nice and friendly.

There are some people that we come across in life that can spread joy by just simple acts of kindness and this lady did that for me. A simple trip to Kroger was turned into a positive shopping experience for my family all because the kindness this lady demonstrated towards us:) It’s refreshing to know there are still such friendly people out there especially in today’s time.

Thank you Kroger! For the first time EVER you have an employee who is directing customers to open lanes through announcement! This helps us to prepare to move towards the next open self checkout lane faster. I’m not sure if this is part of your plan but I appreciate it!! And shout out to the employee who is taking the initiative to announce the opening lanes (they have a boot on their leg (get well soon!))!! Keep up the great work!!

I'll start by saying that I was so hopeful that with the renovation, the store would be like the one on Maxtown... But space didn't allow for it unfortunately. The store is always clean. With power surges locally, they are also very on top of making sure that nothing leaves the store that could have been compromised during an outage (I've seen other store act more slowly). While I have been inconvenienced with wait due to limited staffing, the staff there is busting their behinds and doing it maintaining a pleasant disposition. Many of the other customers are horrendous though and have lost their civility. Is this my favorite Kroger- no, but I feel they are doing a great job with what they're working with (especially with who they deal with). I think as we continue to get away from the pandemic, the store will continue to get better. Sometimes items in looking for will be out of stock, but I often find a decent alternative. I've always been able to shop for my family and leave feeling I was able to accomplish what I came for in the first place. Ive had one issue with the pickup, but after calling in and speaking to a manager, it was resolved very quickly... And the manager was super friendly to me going above and beyond. I wish I could take away half a star because I wish that they had a bit more variety, but again, they don't have the space, so can't fault what can't be controlled... So really I'm giving them 4.5 stars. Keep up the great job.

This is one of the nicer Kroger's I've seen in a long time, much better than the ones in Columbus. Its larger, fully stocked, Starbucks inside, large produce and floral section. I recommend this Kroger's!

Bought some sushi here.. They didn’t have what I wanted.. She made it for me fresh. I wish we had a Kroger’s in the small town I live it. 5/5

my shopping experience was great! Love the store and the employees so nice. But the customers are somethin else so rude... pickup does awesome I have a had a few substitutes and out of stocks but if you do some research you will find that many products in stores are going out of stock. It’s not pickups fault people, educate yourselves. There a national shortage of products right now. If you have problem with what food you pick up from this store simply go to another because it’s a booming business where other people aren’t complaining.

I stopped last evening and picked up a few things. Lots of people in there. When I was done ready to check out. No registers open. Only self checkout. I don't do self checkout. Period! It knocks someone out of a job. So a young girl told me no registers were open. I nicely told here to get me someone. She said something to a young man named Dalton. He respectfully said, I will take care of him. And he did. What a nice young man and a good employee. He should be praised for doing the right thing.

Chloe at the self-checkout just now, 5 o'clock on a Friday afternoon, working harder than a person should have to and still smiling, friendly and helpful. The world needs more employees like Chloe. Impressed with this young lady and her customer service skills. With a work ethic, personality and smile like hers, she will go places in life.

This is honest to God true feedback. A few years ago, I was in the Kroger in Sunbury. I have never met my great grandmother but I’m told she was a witch. Anyway I saw a vision of an old woman watching me from one of the aisles. (I have the creeps typing this). She was watching me as I was walking to the lemons. I couldn’t shake it from my mind because I know it was a vision. A few months later God exposed some things within my family line through prayer about this woman. When God exposed that, my mind went back to the old woman watching me in Kroger!!! I shared with my mother and grandmother seeing a vision of this woman who was later revealed as my paternal great grandmother standing in the aisle at Kroger! I am wowed at this posting that I just stumbled upon. You cannot make this stuff up! The spiritual realm is real and God wants us believers to not be deceived. Wow!

Yesterday a glass jar fell through my bag at the car and the lady in the garden section was so helpful. She got a young man to clean it up and ran back into the store to get me another to replace the broken one. They definitely went out of their way to turn a bad situation into a good one. You made a lifelong loyal customer!

I love going to the back parking lot and digging all the used meat from the trash can. It tastes so much better a day late! Keep it up!

Great local store with a very good variety of items, for you grocery shopping needs. There is always sales going on. The online coupons are awesome.

The store brand items are usually better tasting then the name brand items.

Very nice grocery store. They have a wide variety of products, the store is neat, clean, and well organized. The customer service is friendly and helpful.

I visited in August of 2018 and was very satisfied with my visit.

Early Sunday morning passing through the area. Wife wants to stop to get groceries before we get home hundred mile trip. Nice Pleasant clean but no coffee counter Cafe.

The store is fairly large, and they have a bulk foods section that contains things like oats, nuts, trail mixes, etc. Pricing is consistent with the Kroger chain, and there's a Kroger gas station nearby, too. Not quite a one-step shop, but close!
