Outstanding service! I walked into the store and told the gentleman who greeted me what I was looking for. He directed me immediately to the product while walking me to it personally. I made my purchase and was out of the store in just a few minutes. This is why I choose Ace Hardware. I am pleased to see they hire senior citizens and place them in prominent positions. You can believe I will be back!

Friendly helpful service each time I visit. Today during a return, I fumbled a couple items that rolled off the counter. I could only find one of the two. Left and was driving away when Kalvin flagged down my car to say he looked and found the item fell into a candy bar box below the customer facing part of the counter. WOW! Great effort and dedication to provide awesome customer service. Wonderful to shop at a location where people care and strive to give their best each time. Thank you Kalvin for making my day!

I have been to this store a few times and everyone is always so nice and helpful. Today I went in with a long list of questions and needed a lot of help. Thank goodness Terry was there he helped me with EVERYTHING! He had patience with me the whole time and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I'm attempting to add an additional dryer and washer to my laundry room and need to add a whole new hookup set. He was able to help me get everything I needed. Thank you so much Terry for your kindness and patience!

Out of town visitor looking for a solution for my RV faucet. The staff took the time to look for replacement parts and essentially fix the part. Why on earth would you go to a big box store when you can shop with expert assistance.

I just left Ace Hardware in Sunbury. I just moved into the neighborhood and I’m a new homeowner so I am trying to navigate all of ins and outs of home improvement projects. When I entered Ace, Matthew greeted me immediately and asked me what I was looking for and I gave him a quick list of random things. He quickly helped me find everything on my list. He was so very helpful and probably some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! If I didn’t have his help, this trip would have taken me forever to find everything! Thank you again and I will be back in a heartbeat the next time I need something.

Recently moved into the area. This store is the best - the staff is always helpful, lots of different sizes and versions of parts, and the store is well-staffed - so much better than my previous location's hardware stores.

I don't recall shopping at a store with better customer service! Very friendly and efficient.
Had a flat bike tire. After checking several other places with no help, they were on it, finding what I needed and working to fix the tire.
Not an isolated incident. They are the best! Make them your first stop, it will most likely be the only place you need to go!

I like it just being a smaller hardware store. The employees are always nice, and happy to help you find whatever it is you're looking for. Free popcorn is a nice touch.

Recently, I walked out of the store with my new push lawnmower, and an employee, who was on lunch break, and had absolutely no obligations to me kindly asked if he can help me load the mower in the back of my truck, I was very impressed.

ps I noticed that they had probably a better selection in the screws/nuts/bolts/washers/misc./etc section than the big box stores do.
