My friend, Ann, recently came to Dr. Malarkey as a new patient with several complex health problems, and she listened carefully and thoroughly about each condition. Dr. Malarkey was able to sort through what was really important and then designed a plan to address each of these issues. As a new patient, she treated my friend with kindness and patience, and we're so glad that Dr. Malarkey is now her doctor!

Dr. Bohme has done so much for me. I have numerous health conditions. She literally saved my life. She is patient and kind. She is very understanding and will help in any way she can. I refuse to see anyone but her. Hands down the best Dr.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kappas for years. The best most friendly Dr I’ve ever had. She listens to everything I have to say, and she is very compassionate about your problem. It’s nice to have a Dr that’s also your friend.

This review is for Dr Kappa.
She listens, is thorough. Feels like you are talking to a friend, but one who is a Doctor. I have felt comfortable sharing my health with her and knowing it will bE addressed with care. She also isnt afraid to joke and show her personality. I went to 3 different PCPs in the few months before my friend recommended her. Very thankful to have Dr. Kappa as my doctor.

I have personal and family experience with Drs Ward, Youkilis and Kotzin. This practice is amazing- all primary care should be done this way!

Don't understand the bad reviews. I got in and out fairly quickly and blood work was easy and quick as well. Dr. Malarkey was kind and understanding and so was the nurses.

My first appointment getting set up with a primary care physician. Dr. Harvey was thorough, friendly, communicative, and timely. I'm glad I found him!

Mercy health sent me 4 different letters that i have here all stating different reasons for them discontinuing treatment with me. I have waiting a year to post this review because of how many emotions I think about how i was mistreated there. Fist things first, the old blonde woman at the front desk is TROUBLE she sits up there with the other front desk person and talks openly about patients and whispers its so ugly and just a total turn off in general.
more importantly I am utterly appalled by the treatment I received from Dr Elliott Pohlmann. Despite being fully aware of my diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder, ADD, PTSD, they displayed a shocking lack of empathy and understanding. I was expected to conform to their unrealistic expectations of "normal" behavior, completely disregarding the challenges I face due to my mental health condition. Not only was I abruptly discharged from their office without warning or explanation, but I was also denied further visits to address my mental health needs. This negligent and dismissive attitude towards individuals with mental health issues is utterly disgraceful and completely unacceptable.
People like Pohlmann have no place working in the mental health field if they cannot demonstrate basic compassion and competence. Their actions not only exacerbate the stigma surrounding mental illness but also actively harm those seeking help and support. am utterly disgusted by the gross incompetence and negligence displayed by Dr. Malarkey. Not only did they overprescribe medications without considering potential drug interactions, but their reckless actions led to severe and distressing side effects.

Despite my clear history and circumstances, Dr. Malarkey failed to consult with DR POLHMANN or consider the consequences of their prescriptions. As a result, I experienced alarming symptoms such as lactation, despite having my tubes tied and being nowhere near pregnancy for three years. (Also her name is MALARKEY which is a colloquial term that means nonsense, foolish talk, or meaningless or insincere talk. It's often used to dismiss something as untrue, exaggerated, or without merit).need i say more????

This level of medical malpractice is not only dangerous but also profoundly disturbing. Dr. Malarkey's lack of diligence and disregard for patient safety is inexcusable and puts lives at risk.
I strongly advise anyone considering treatment from Dr. Malarkey to seek a second opinion from a competent and responsible healthcare professional. This reckless behavior should not be tolerated, and they should be held accountable for the harm they have caused. EVERYONE seeking treatment from MERCY HEALTH needs to think twice and choose a professional who values and respects the experiences and needs of all their patients, regardless of their mental health diagnosis as well.

ALWAYS TRUST YOURSELF, YOU KNOW YOUR BODY BEST!

I wore my personal mask, that covers all areas of my face. They asked me to put on their paper mask, in order to be seen. I refused. I was told my appointment would be cancelled at that point.. Which was fine with me. I'd rather receive treatment elsewhere. This facility is a joke!

Zero stars 🌟 my wife called ahead and explained that she has PTSD. And that she couldn't wear a mask, said that she had to,to be seen. So she wore a Gaitor mask on and even though nobody was in the waiting room then basically got assaulted by 2 different "nurses" saying she (we)had to wear one of their made in China paper mask that will save the world from covid...what a joke of service dealing with these jokers never been treated like this at any other Mercy health practice. Would never recommend ANYONE to go there and get treated this way!!!

My husband had an appointment with Dr. Wang after Dr. Harvey left, he was very unprofessional and googled everything my husband was telling him. He told us he doesn’t write a lot of prescriptions because it’s too much paper work, the prescription he did write my husband he told him how to take them and was completely wrong and corrected himself after he looked it up. It was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had at a doctors office, I had an appointment the week following and canceled it when we were leaving. Then yesterday he refused to refill my husbands Zantac prescription. I would highly suggest going elsewhere.

I had an appointment at 9:20 for Dr Bohme, OB/GYN. She finally comes into the room 40 mins after and says “hello how are you?” I said upset that I had to wait 40mins to see you. She said “well I’m a busy doctor “ and laughed . I walked out. My time is just as important as a doctors.

I had very informal and what felt like to me a unprofessional experience with Dr. Harvey. His tone of voice and gestures to me and my responses were very off putting. I thought he was suppose to be a Doctor not a therapist.
