We love Plant Fitness Kent Ohio!!! My Husband Doug and I are here multiple times a week and we definitely enjoy our time! The staff is absolutely amazing friendly and helpful! Thank You for being a very important part of our week! We need it!! Only request is a scale!!!

Hands down the best location to go to because the workers are always cleaning and working. I've always got the best customer service here and everyone is super friendly so thank you!

i have been a member in the past at a gym that i felt was very very dirty and dusty. i had trouble breathing from the dust. i appreciate how clean this center is and the staff always seen keeping up on it.

It's extremely clean and everything is very well maintained. The staff is always friendly. The atmosphere is excellent. Very affordable and it's crowded but there's always enough equipment.

Great variety of equipment. Gym is kept very clean. My only complaint is with people sitting on a piece of equipment looking at their phones for extended periods of time. This isn’t the fault of Planet Fitness, it’s problem with modern society.

Clean well managed club and a good mix of people of all fitness levels. So it's a good vibe .

I really enjoy the convenience of the Kent location, but I do wish it had the water rowing machine and the Total body fitness machine. I have to travel out of my way for those 2 items. Kate is a great trainer and good person all around. You can tell she enjoys what she does. Her classes have helped me a lot.

Alana S. Was extremely helpful over the phone when I was originally inquiring about the gym and membership details. So far I went in to finish paperwork and hit a tour. Tanned after the tour in a stand up tanning booth and it was incredibly quiet and enjoyable. The only reason for 9/10 is because planet fitness advertised $1 down and it ended up being $18. Not a big deal, I just felt broadsided.

The facility is always clean, there is a huge variety of workout equipment, and the staff is very diligent in maintaining all the equipment.

Place is always cleaned, and so many equipment to choose from.

This is a great gym to get a good workout in and go. You won't find a cleaner facility PERIOD. Especially since COVID -19. Every moment they have staff running around cleaning every square inch of the place, even fogging it down with cleaner. It's incredible. The machines are well structured with plenty of space to do your workouts in peace. I usually come around 6PM & never have to wait for a machine.

The manager Nick is phenomenal, he is always going out of his way to greet customers and even took the time to memorize my name. He is a huge asset to your gym and deserves much kudos. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a very clean budget friendly gym with a great staff.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I haven’t used the personal trainer’s services yet, but I love that they’re available on scheduled days and times and that and we’re encouraged to get their help at no additional cost. The gym is clean, well organized, and aesthetically pleasing. Also, there are sanitizing stations everywhere. I like that other people mind their own business when they’re working out. I am very new to exercising at the gym, and I don’t feel intimidated at all! I feel like it is totally worth it to get the Black membership for the massage chairs alone, but other great benefits are to be able to bring a friend, go tanning, and visit any Planet Fitness in the country. Unlike other gyms, PF has no commitment period, and they’re not super sales-pitchy—They provide an awesome atmosphere and they know it, so they don’t have to. Come see for yourself, you’ll be glad you did!

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Super helpful. Never make you feel dumb for asking anything. Kent location is great! Originally my home club is another location. The staff there do their job but it is clear they have no interest in helping you. So I was thrilled to find everyone so welcoming and kind at the kent location!! I think that is a direct reflection of the work environment. Great job! Thanks to everyone there at the kent location for making a not so fun activity more enjoyable! A little kindness and compassion goes a long way. I highly recommend this location! 🥰

The best part about Planet Fitness for me is the option to take small, group classes with the personal trainer. At the Kent club, Kate is friendly, knowledgeable, and motivational. Kate knows her gym members and designs classes around their abilities, needs, and goals. At times I am the only person in the class, so I get Kate’s undivided attention. I’m so glad this service is included with my membership.

Planet Fitness is one of the biggest hidden gems in the fitness industry. I know they are not "HIDDEN", however MANY of my friends and family did not realize how new, advanced, clean and BIG each PF is! PF offers so many of the amenities (classes/trainers/shower rooms/lockers) of other fitness facilities at a fraction of the cost. I also love that PF is nationwide, so no matter where you go...you can find a PF to visit! The guest policy is one of the most generous in the industry. For those wanting a little more, the upgrade to the Black Card is worth every penny!

Excellent, enthusiastic staff and a clean facility. Black Card is worth it if you want to unwind in a massage chair after a hot shower 😩 No free weights but enough equipment to get a good workout. Definitely recommend, especially for those uninterested in being overcharged.

A great place to go for beginner fitness level and for the young college kids! It is clean and up to date in every way! It has a wonderful massage chair section.

Nick and his staff are great! The bathrooms are always clean and the staff is nice. I drive from tallmadge because it's a lot better.

Would like to see the real towels return. The cheap paper towels ate terrible. Now people don't clean the equipment as much and I dont feel like the tanning beds are as clean as they were before... Maybe better towels or at least better dispensers would help so they dont come out in a big wad.
