Brought my MINI Cooper in, and not only am I satisfied with the service, the guys behind the counter were very personable and happy to give me more ways I can maintain its sportiness. They also have connections to bring in additional services (like glass repair) if needed and are very accommodating.

I take all my cars here. They are such a fair priced business. I just drop my cars off, and when they finish. And they give me the bill. I have no problem paying them. I will always use these guys.

A1 quality service and skill level. I had my wheels powder coated and lowering springs installed. It came out way beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this place and their staff. They know their stuff 🔥🔥

I can't say enough about the wonderful service I have received on multiple occasions from Franz. They are so kind and helpful and have saved the day for me more than once. I had the pleasure of having a gentleman by the name of Sam go out of his way to help me in a tough situation and you don't seem to get that much anymore in today's world. This business has been around along time here in Painesville and you can see they truly care about their customers and the people in the community. You don"t stay in business as long as they have unless your doing it right. Hats off the them!

Franz came highly recommended to me and did not disappoint! If you want honest, friendly, and competent service from people with true integrity, this is the place to go. As a single female, there is always concern about mechanic shops taking advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. Tyler at Franz took a really high estimate i got from a corporate shop and did the work with transparency, communication, and for hundreds less. Do yourself a favor and make this your mechanic of choice, I definitely have, and they will have my business as long as I'm in this area.

Excellent service and very reasonably priced, they did my brake job for over $100 less than a competitor quoted me. Would be happy to use these guys again.

The crew was super kind, very quick and efficient! They also explain what's going on with your vehicle very well, they fixed my car and it's running great again, I'll definitely be back for more work when needed.

The guys at Franz are honest and reliable people and mechanics. I've had them repair 1 brake line a few months ago. And Front brakes, & front driver's side wheel bearing last Friday. I highly recommend these guys if you need car repairs. They offer simple solutions to save you money instead of trying to have you purchase expensive Unnecessary things. I've witnessed this firsthand I've been coming two Franz for about 2 years after being over charged and ripped from other car repair shops. Ean is part owner and a great honest person! Outstanding customer service! I'm a female with no skills in this area. I called 3 places, 2 places were condescending, and unhelpful saying I could drop off my tire and they'd look at it in a couple days... Sam at Franz was warm and helpful saying he'd be glad to look at my tire, could I bring it by that day! Guess where I went...lol. Check them out, highly recommend 👌

Update: the guys here are still awesome. My mother just had a hidden can of worms for these guys when they were asked to do a simple repair for her. They still got everything fix at a good price and were great at communicating all the problems. They put in a lot of hours. It is so appreciated knowing she is now safer driving and it didn't break the bank.

Nothing but good things to say about Franz. They are very professional and honest. They diagnosed an issue with my exhaust and quoted me for the fix. They did not charge me when I said I will not be following through with the fix either. I plan to buy a new car instead now and will continue to go to them whenever I need anything done on that.

I was panicking to get new tires on my g37. Franz got me scheduled the next morning! I am definitely going back for future maintenance they are AWESOME!

I have a Saab that is older and experiencing normal maintenance issues. These guys consistently offer high quality service at reasonable prices. They stayed late of a Friday night to make sure the car was ready to go that day as promised. Saab dealers want to charge 2 to 3 times as much for the same repairs. They also installed parts that I provided. I won't take may cars any place else.

These guys were extremely helpful diagnosing my car problem. Long story short, I was having dashboard notifications for my airbag system. I recently had to get a new battery and suspected that there wasn’t an actual issue with the airbags but this was popping up because of the new battery. Tyler told me to bring it in and he would test it free of charge. Just as I suspected the problem was due to a new battery and he cleared out the codes that were causing the notifications. He was a man of his word and didn’t charge me anything. As I said they were extremely helpful and very friendly during the entire process. I will definitely bring my car back to them if there are any future issues… Knock on wood there isn’t.

I cannot recommend this shop enough!!! If you are looking for a great local shop that you can trust that will give the best service at the best price and not play games.....this is it. They provide Fast, Quality, and Dependable Service. These guys don't play games like some other shops I've been to in the past.

I've been going to Franz Auto Tire for many years. They are awesome to deal with. On my most recent trip to Franz I had tire losing air. I was hoping they could repair it but it was not repairable. I couldn't afford a new one so Joe said he might have a used tire I could buy. Luckily he had the same tire I had for a great price. My problem was solved. Thanks again to Joe and his staff.
