Wonderful customer service. Something happened and I was taken care of. Everyone is friendly. Great new Sheetz!!!

Every time I come here the customer service is outstanding…from the cashiers to the people making food!

This place has better food than most fast food restaurants 🙏💀

Brand new Sheetz at the time of this review. I have visited multiple times because I enjoy Sheetz coffee. The drink stations at this location have been extremely dirty and not maintained at all. Empty creamers, no stirs, and just all around dirty. This location needs some work in comparison to other Sheetz locations in the area.

Not really the fault of the employees, but could corporate PLEASE make some signs that say if you're getting food inside, DO NOT BLOCK THE PUMPS WHILE YOU GO INSIDE TO GET YOUR FOOD! Pump your gas then get your food or get your food while you're parked near the store, the.go get your gas. Could you be any more inconsiderate?This had happened the last three times I've been to this location.

Trash over flowing, sticky floors, cold cappuccino, and overall not very nice. The cashiers have been pretty nice though

Take forever to do a simple mobile order of 2 items and after waiting for over 20 minutes after expected they just hit you with the same oh just wait at the second window as if you haven’t been waiting for 20 minutes already.
Edit: had to go in and tell the worker my food was on the shelf after I went through the drive through TWICE for a mobile PAID order.

Don't order any food from this filthy establishment! Way overcooked on the outside, but raw on the inside. Eat elsewhere! I also cannot believe how filthy this place is, especially for being so new!

It's a homeless shelter, people asking for money or cigarettes. ALL THE TIME. Sleeping in the lobby. Feet up on tables. Witness multiple times, people stealing. Not trying to be that guy, but I live 2mins from this Sheetz and go there almost daily, and it's almost always a negative experience. Going straight downhill.

Ordered BONELESS wings WITH sauce and got BONE-IN with NO sauce also got a spicy chicken sandwich on waffle… came with lettuce when NONE was added… total let down… maybe go to mentor if you want sheetz….
