Super cool to finally find the shoes my wife was looking for. Great little store!!

Had a great time shopping here, bought 2 pairs of shoes from very knowledgeable and fun staff members. Who knew Birkenstock makes hitops? Love, love, love this store!

Went in couple of weeks ago, bought a pair of Arizona's. These are my second pair, love the brand. During COVID-19 restrictions, I would advice shoppers to get to the store early and anticipate waiting for 30 or more minutes. They served the customer waiting in line beyond the store closure hours, which I thought was nice of them. Good experience.

I had a wonderful experience & customer despite the COVID-19. These were my 1st pair of Berkinstock and initially I purchased one online from another store, but it ended up being too small, so I was excited to see that there is a Berkinstock store in Sacramento.

Before going to the store I card and talked to Tony. I told her my issues with the original Berkinstocks I ordered. She explained the different widths, footbeds and suggested styles I may like taking into consideration my preferences. She also made sure the the styles I was interested in we're in stock before I drive down to the store.

We did curbside fitting. Outside the door they had a carpent and chair ready for me. We both wore masks and she handed me the shoes while she stayed inside the doors.

After trying in a few pairs (different sizes and colors) I ended up with TWO new pairs of Berkinstocks: dark brown (with regular fit and regular foot bed) & COPPER (with regular fit and soft foot bed). I've never been a fan of Berkinstock's, but they have such great reputation I decided to take the plunge!!

If you want to be good to your feet .. You gotta come here.. They have the best quality sandals around. Not to mention every style and color of birkenstocks 😊 the customer service here is seriously the best in town!

I really like my local Birkenstock shop. I usually order online, they ship really fast and it only costs $5. You can also choose to pick up in the shop. The shopping experience in the store is great, staff are very friendly. If you are looking for a particular style while it is sold out everywhere online, talk to them and they might be able to order for you! Sometimes you can find great deals from their sales event!

This place is awesome!! I was lucky enough to work with Rep Priya who demonstrated saintly levels of patience as I tried on almost every style of Birkenstock in the store. The policies are also very customer friendly & I really appreciate the limited amount of people allowed in shop at once. Michael topped off an already great experience by manually widening one of my shoes to fit my width challenged left foot perfectly. I'll definitely be back!

Had a great experience here. They're only permitting 6 people in the store at a time right now which made for a pleasant shopping experience. Service was very helpful and friendly in helping me find the right style and size birks. After purchasing, they hammered the insole a bit to make them easier to break into, which I really appreciated! They will also re-seal the cork for free if you bring them back in.

This store is a Sacramento gem. I have never been treated with such kindness by a retail store. They are a family run store who truly value service, the Sacramento community, and good shoes! I would recommend giving them your business and they they great jewelry too! I will certainly be going back soon!

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you navigate the questions you have about sizing and maintaining your new shoes. I normally wear a 38 or 39 in regular width but when I can only find a specific shoe that I want that only comes in a narrow width I found that I could move up to a 40 as the shoe is wider in a larger size. The staff were able to fix rubbing problems with the new leather so the shoes didn't dig into my toes. All in all a very good experience! We only had to wait about 20 minutes to get in on the side of the store due to covid restrictions, but it was worth the wait.

I love buying my Birkenstock shoes here! The customer service is amazing and I’m supporting a local business! It’s a 17-minute drive to Birkenstock Midtown for me and I have used curbside pick as well as their same-day shipping several times. The $5 shipping charge is totally worth it if I’m not already going to midtown and I receive the shoes the very next day! I love the customer service here so much and I prefer to order here than the Birkenstock US website and Birkenstock Midtown usually has all the styles of shoes I’m stock that I like! Sometimes I have to wait and check later and it’s back in stock!

First time I stepped into this store (about 5 years ago) I was greeted by the owner and without even measuring my feet she sized me perfectly by eye. I've coming here even since, they are always helpful and friendly and while the shoes may seems a bit expensive they are well worth every penny. I've never had an issue in getting good service and care for my shoes.

I rarely go shoe shopping but this place could turn me into Imelda Marcos! Great selection of Birkies and such shoes, sandals, and boots. Brilliant staff!

Great, friendly service. They are very attentive and patient. They have great selection and if you’re looking for something they don’t have, they’ll try to see if they can get their hands on it for you. I’ve been coming here for a few years and I’ve had a great experience each time.

Great people great service! Knowledgeable staff, and very helpful. Due to Covid right now they do have store side pick up. Parking is pretty easy. Was able to pick up my order super easy and that's always a plus.

I don't shop anywhere else for my feet friendly shoes. They have the best, name brand casual and dress shoes in all of Sacramento paired with the best customer care, hands down! The owner is amazing and dedicates endless amounts of time to ensuring customer satisfaction! I have been shopping here for more than 10 years based on the service I received the very first time and.... I have never been let down. Even now, with COVID in full effect, they have set up a small area on the side of the store to allow for customers in need of trying an item to do so. The website too is updated and user friendly for ease of purchase for customers who know exactly what they need. I just can't say enough about this place, everytime I go, it feels like home! 😊
