The staff at this branch is very helpful, courteous, and always asks if you need anything else. Nothing but a good experience every time I go in for basic banking transactions to more involved matters. From Susan to Jenna to the entire staff they do an excellent job.

Everyone at this location is very helpful. Skyler helped me and my sister open a joint account, and Mike D helped me open an estate account after my father died. Everyone here is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and kind. Love banking with Huntington.

I opened an account on 6.24.22 with Skilar. He was great!!! He was helpful, welcoming, efficient, outgoing and very personable.
On her way out, the branch manager greeted me as well. I personally had a terrific experience at this branch!!!

Susan was the friendliest person to work with! She helped my wife and I consolidate accounts and make it an enjoyable process.

If you have any banking you need to get done, you need to see Steven at this branch. Super professional, friendly and highly detail oriented. He made opening my business account a breeze.

They have been nothing but good to me. Never had a problem, never screwed me over, always helped me. At worst sometimes the women behind the counter would seem a bit stressed, but hey they're human and I get it.

I just need to add I hate this drive way. With having both lines atm and teller window it's hard to fit both cars going around especially when there isn't anyone going inside so these are your only 2 options so the lines get very long. Also at this location people use driveway to go to the light etc but obviously you can't because of the lines block it. Which also blocks parking and thats annoying when bank is open inside. But anyway I had to go to window i was 4th car back I waited 30 minutes. Teller was very nice when I got to window and apologized for long wait and thanked me for waiting.

Huntington Bank has gone down hill in the last year or two! Their app does not keep up with the correct date (balance) online check deposit always was a great feature! If check was over $500, j always received that as their max before it cleared. I've been with them since they opened in NE Ohio, and was also a member of Sky Bank(which I believe was right before them?) All the way back to when it was Great Lakes Bank! Well over 25 years "in general". Now when I do an online check deposit, it's a minimum of 3 days before I see ANY amount of that money. It can be a $200 check and I get nothing, as I said...minimum three days! Never had issues with them! And now the newest issue is the ATM in Mentor on the lake is constantly out of service!
Hate to leave someone I was very pleased with for so long...but I must do what I have to do! I will be switching to either a credit union or back to Chase!

The tellers and staff are friendly. The ATM is constantly broke. If it’s working, it runs way slower than all other ATMs in the area. Fix your ATM!

I prefer the one on mentor ave. But I live near here so I deal. But Matt is the nicest and most helpful guy here he's always a pleasure to work with

i can't open online checking account-err connection????

Omg! (The one in willoughby)Do NOT go there! I originally made my account online. I was asked to bring documentation in. When my daughter and I went down there. I was blocked at the door and told they couldn't service me. There were no bankers available. Yet I saw bankers sitting down doing nothing. She asked me to go to another bank. Apparently, I needed an appointment. Rather than offer me appointment. This lady told me to go to another bank! Don't waste your time!!!

Awful experience, worst Huntington I've ever been too. Tellers don't listen to the customer and mess up transactions. Whatever you do do not deposit a check here
