Excellent customer service. Jeanni the custom frame personal designer is AMAZING! I feel comfortable allowing her to utilize her professional and creative judgment with my projects. Plus she gives the same amount of energy to me whether I’m spending $5 or $100. ❤

Clean and decently stocked store. Went to get a poster framed and the lady who was at the custom framing counter at the time was extremely kind and patient and ran us through how it works and got it for us for cheap. Great Black Friday deals, 80% off!

I'm not big into arts and crafts but they do have a good selection of photo mounting necessities like blank canvas', adhesives, frames, etc. With the coupons, prices are very good.

Lots of art supplies in stock, always a deal available. I love shopping at Michael's!

This store has amazing staff and really great customer service. I must thank Jeanie (frames) for her knowledge and help. She is one of a kind. Its nice to have a hometown store that has employees that truly care. You just dont find many like this anymore.

I LOVE craft stores!! Michael's is one I frequent often, literally multiple times in one week, what can I say? I hate being bored! ☺ Michael's as well as JoAnn Fabric in Mentor, Ohio are in a clean tie in my opinion! If you're looking for a nicely kept and organized craft store with stocked shelves and friendly people, I'd say this Michael's location is a great option!! (And don't forget Joann in Mentor as well) I'll add a picture of one of my finished crafts after I get home for extra effect!

I come here all the time, the associates are amazing and knowledgeable, better stocked and priced than other craft stores in the area. Mike is amazing! Very helpful and funny. His conflict resolution skills are amazing.

Was in the store with my grandkids..my granddaughter left her precious wallet on an isle! Two days later we discovered she had done that.We called the store and yes they had it !!(in lost and found)I would like to have it know that all those employees were honest and left everything in the wallet you don't always have this happy ending👍thnk you !!

I visited Michaels in Mentor, Ohio yesterday, October 15th, 2022... I Haven't been there since Before Covid began, and my shopping experience was absolutely incredible!!! Top notch customer service with the knowledgeable and friendly Gene and Ashley!!! Both of these ladies are very customer-oriented, and to make it short- a fanastic addition to your company!!! They both went way out above and beyond their job descriptions: GREAT ASSETS TO YOUR COMPANY!!! Times are hard but they both deserve a raise or at the least acknowledgement of what they both contribute to your customers !!! Great clearance pricing. The framer I had for assistance today was fantastic. She really helped me choose a great frame in my price range. The print I had reframed is a gift for our son who just purchased his first house.

Ordered an item online and had the ship to store service. Went in to pick the order up and the associate was very friendly and even offered some helpful suggestions for an extra item to go along with what was ordered. Browsed around a bit, but didn't need to buy anything else at the time.
Store was clean and again, a very helpful associate.
