A Must-Visit for Poke Lovers!

I had the pleasure of staying in Vista for a business trip that lasted three and a half weeks, and Lemon Shark quickly became my go-to spot for lunch. I can confidently say that this is the best poke I have ever had!

Selection and Quality
The selection here is unparalleled. They offer the largest variety of toppings of any poke restaurant in San Diego county, which allows you to customize your bowl to your heart's content. The fish is locally caught and top-shelf quality, making each bite a heavenly experience.

Staff and Service
The staff at Lemon Shark were always super friendly and attentive. They made sure my experience was enjoyable from the moment I walked in until I left. Their customer service is truly commendable.

Ambiance and Cleanliness
The establishment is immaculately clean and features a modern, inviting decor. The atmosphere is further enhanced by a 10-tap self-serve beer wall and a beautiful outdoor patio equipped with fire lamps. It's the perfect setting for a casual lunch or a dinner date.

Final Thoughts
I miss this place dearly now that I'm back home, but I can't wait to visit again the next time I'm in the States. If you're in Vista and have a craving for poke, Lemon Shark is the place to be!

Best decision to come here. Delicious poke, affordable, very professional and friendly staff, clean restaurant, with A/C, and bathroom too. Food was amazing, I come here all the time. Love the sweet egg yolk and the spicy tuna ! Great location. You have to try this place.

The f was yummy I especially refreshing desert options! I’m not usually the biggest poki fan, but the hot food was so yummy!!! The girl with the pink hair was so charming and made my chicken katsu so cute and yummy!!

LOVE this place!! I work near here and was so excited to see a new restaurant finally open nearby. So happy to say I was not disappointed! I probably go in at least once a week on lunch and have brought my husband back as well. I have tried most of the bowls but keep going back to my favorite, the Salmon. The beer taps are awesome the service is always on point. Definitely recommend!

The review starts a bit negative, but read to the end. I gave it a good review before, then a few months later I gave it a bad review when they got super skimpy on the toppings. For a while there I had gotten a few bowls that had so few toppings that they just felt like rice bowls featuring a couple of flavors. but more recently it's gone back to the way that it was when I first started going there, and really started liking the place. I don't know if that was a temporary tightening of costs or what, but considering that this is more expensive then a lot of other poke places that I like a lot, that seemed rather unacceptable. That being said, it seems like things have been fixed. I've gone there a few times now where the portions were great, the sauces were great, the service has consistently been great. So honestly at this point I have to say I highly suggest this place.

This place is awesome! Came here with the wife for a quick bite to eat and we were really impressed! Poke bowls are reasonable priced, and they have craft sodas and tap beer - 5 stars.

I’ve been eating here a lot since I found out about them. The fish is always fresh tasting and the staff is super friendly. The inside of the establishment is pretty nice too, highly recommend.

Very fresh sushi grade quality seafood. Generous portions at very reasonable pricing. Large variety of poké bowl ingredients. Self serve beer bar. Stubborn brand soda fountain. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

This place is delicious and the salmon and tuna are always very fresh. I particularly like this place because the umami options are free. I've been to many places where I've Ben charged extra for avocado, crab salad, masago or seaweed salad. I've been here twice this month and I plan to come again. They also have draft beer options and seating indoors and outdoors.

Hidden gem! Build your own or get a menu driven bowl. Or, get something delicious like a katsu bowl or spam musubi. Also, they have a self serve beer bar which is amazing. Very nice looking and modern place, as well as clean with friendly staff.

Great atmosphere, clean store and excellent food. The staff were friendly and patient with my wife who had never had a poke bowl before and asked a lot of questions. We will be going again

I love this place. The employees are hospitable and the fish is always fresh. I'm a beer guy so this place is a go-to for dinner with my girlfriend (who is vegan). So many choices! 5 stars all day

4.5 stars. The fish was the freshest I've had in awhile. Lots of toppings however the service was a little slow to the point of us almost walking out. Glad we waited.
