I’m not sure what position Shelly holds at this company but right now but whatever it is, she deserves a promotion and a raise.

Shelly went above and beyond to make sure that I received the food picks I ordered on time, despite the odds that were stacked against us. And she maintained a pleasant disposition the entire time.

I never received what I ordered. I also sent them an email saying I never received my order and did not receive a response. I think the website might be fake.

I placed a sample order on 4/26 (you have to pay for shipping, $2.99) and received my sample on 6/2; which is a lot later than the “7 day delivery” that is advertised on the website. I understand that problems occur and production can be delayed, but I think it’s completely necessary to communicate that to your customers or at least don’t advertise a fast delivery during slow production times.
I had placed the sample order more than a month in advance (April) to hopefully order a large order for a festival that was happening this month (June), but was not able to. I was really looking forward to using these for our new product release for the festival.
The samples I received were good (hence the 4-star review), but I am still disappointed that I only received a response after leaving a negative review (1- star).

I was very excited to find this product online and ordered a free sample (which costs a whooping $8 to ship!) It took a very long time to arrive and it is extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone. When I finally reached Alex, he told me that they had to replace some machines so that is why there was a delay. When my sample arrived, I was rather disappointed to discover that it was only 1 pick (not quite sure why a supposedly free 3.5 inch wooden pick costs $8 to ship). They product was really nice however, and we decided that we would go ahead a place a order if the shipping wasn't outrageous and they could guarantee that they would arrive in time for our upcoming event. I reached out to them repeatedly and inquiring about shipping costs and production times. It has been over a week now and I still a haven't gotten any responses. It really is a shame, because the product is nice, but the company honestly does not seem trustworthy at this point.

I ordered agave straws on 8.11.21. I did not receive them until well over a month later. I reached out on several occasions inquiring about delivery date & I was given the "we will call you back" four times. Never heard back. I reached out to Alex who I assume is the manager via email. He sent me the wrong invoice/tracking information. I spoke with him on the phone and he said, "I will call you back." and never did. Very disappointed with the customer service and wait times.

Their website doesn’t seem to register reviews unless OK’d by someone, which is fine, but if you’re gonna do that just be honest to customers and say you only approve 5* ones.

After receiving the free sample out of the blue 3 months late, I was underwhelmed by the burnished burger skewer. It was basically a glorified thick paper coffee stirrer with the logo printed on it rather than burnished. Definitely overpaid for a free sample, but it did save me from immense disappointment has I made a substantial purchase.

Of course, I’m sure the regular people working there are perfectly fine and other products could be totally fine so YMMV.
