Cromwell Dental Care

Cromwell Dental is great! They are always on time with appointments. The staff is friendly and courteous and always professional. With each visit they go over my treatment plan if needed. With all the dental work I've had, I know up front the out-of-pocket cost so I can plan accordingly. And Dr. Cromwell is the best dentist I've ever had. Highly recommend his office!

I visited for the first time today and had a very good experience. The office was very nice and comfortable, from the waiting room to the exam rooms. All of the employees I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I have been meaning to get a dentist locally, but had put it off, eventually needing a somewhat emergent visit today. They were so helpful and I liked the environment so much that ill certainly be going back to them for my regular dental needs going forward!

As someone with major anxiety about any dental work, my experience with Cromwell Dental has been incredible. Everyone has been extremely pleasant, patient and understanding. I've never had to wait nor did I ever feel rushed. I highly recommend this practice.

As much as no one likes going to the dentist, I love this place. Everything is state of the art.
Most important is the work they do. From the numbing..to the shot..to the whole process it truly isn't bad. They care..they are professional and I am so glad I choose Cromwell for taking care of my teeth. Highly recommend

I have been a patient here for many years and have had multiple fillings and crowns replaced with no pain and absolutely perfect results. Dr. Cromwell and Dr. Conley are extraordinarily good at what they do! The entire staff is kind and everyone always makes me feel comfortable and safe.

My office visit at Cromwell Dental Care today went very well. Both the Dr and those assisting did their best to ensure there was no pain and that I was comfortable. During the procedure, they checked multiple times. I can happily recommend them to anyone needing dental services.

I highly recommend Cromwell Dental Care for your dental needs. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work but the staff always makes sure I’m comfortable and they have a gentle approach with their patients. My husband recently had an appointment. He said that everyone was nice and professional. They told him what treatment was needed and didn’t try to sell him anything he didn’t need. Rates are also pretty reasonable.

I had a crown done and a few fillings done in one visit. Both Dr.Conley and her dental assistant made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. I received my permanent crown the same day because they made it on site. This saves me time in my day and I don’t have to wait for it to come in. Very happy with my new dental office. Our whole family are patients there now.

Had to have a crown done. Only had six weeks to get it done. My current dentist no longer carried our insurance they told me this after making the appointment. So I needed to find a new dentist in short time to get the crown done. Cromwell got me in and did a great job. Everyone there from the first call to the procedure were awesome and extremely helpful and nice to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you to Cromwell.

I have dental anxiety. Stacy and Dr. Cromwell both made me feel comfortable by explaining everything and coming up with a treatment plan both short and long term. They really are a great group of people.

I really appreciate the high quality of care I receive from this dental team! Most of all the staff are friendly and put customers first. As an aside they are able to make and fit crowns all in one visit. This very helpful for one with a very busy schedule.

I hadn't gone back to the dentist in a couple of years because of a bad experience, and my teeth were in desperate need of care. Everyone at Cromwell was so kind, reassuring and nonjudgmental. They made it easy. They also checked and double-checked everything with my insurance before doing anything, so I'd be able to make an informed decision about what insurance would pay for and what my total would be.

All this, and the office is just a really nice place to be - the new one looks like a spa.

Emeryone was so kind. My daughter went in and did very well. My son on the other hand was not really sure about the whole thing. Lisa did an amazing job and made him feel comfortable, and he was sitting in the chair by himself by the end of the visit.
