AT&T Store

I just got a new phone at ATT in Marysville. The whole process was smooth and easy. Zachary was really helpful and knowledgeable

I had to go have the battery changed in my iPhone at Polaris, Apple Store. They did a complete diagnostics for no charge to let me know if there was any other issues with my phone, which I was very happy about. And then they proceeded to put a new battery in for me as I requested. It was a really great experience.

Quick and easy experience getting off my old family plan and trading in my phone. Nathan and Zachary were excellent help.

I have had AT&T for many years, been to several stores and today I had hands down the best customer experience ever! I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by both employees. Carrie helped me and I can honestly say that she was the nicest, most helpful , knowledgeable representative I've ever dealt with. She went above and beyond for me, I didn't catch the guys name in there but he was also very helpful, they both made me feel like I mattered and that is sadly rare nowadays. I highly recommend this store , if you want to feel like your business matters to a company stop in there! This is why I stay with AT&T.

I came to this store looking for a new phone and I was dreading it. I hate dealing with getting a new device and the time it takes. However, it ended up being the fastest and easiest AT&T trip ever. Sierra showed me what options I had and explained everything in easy to understand terms. Once I made my choice she quickly checked me out and got my phone information transferred over. I can’t say enough how easy the whole process was and how great Sierra was to work with. I will definitely be visiting this location again for my phone needs!

The two gentlemen at our local store are AWESOME!! I can honestly say they go above and beyond to help you out!! (most of the store associates I visit are only Willing to help you if they’re selling you something 😏) not these guys!! After going through 2 other AT&T associates at Polaris...and three apple store associates, this local business was FINALLY able to figure out the issue with my daughters phone!! Chris is very knowledgeable and easy to approach! He has helped us out on two different occasions without any incentive on his part!! You guys are great..keep up the good work!!😉

My family and I are on a large plan together and Logan helped us understand the breakdown and each of us will be getting new phones this week! She was super helpful and friendly and we will use her when it’s time to upgrade!

Today was no headache , no hassle . And I wanted to thank Logan and Sierra for assisting me in getting my daughter a new phone / case , screen cover and i-cloud back up advice . Pleasant experience for an unplanned expense today . Thank you ladies

Joey was wonderful. I had to switch a personal cell phone number to a business account. We had several hiccups and he was incredibly patient and helpful as he explained what needed to happen. It was a lengthy process (an out 3 hours total as I had to deal with at&t directly when I got home due to an error) but I really think he did a great job.

I had a great experience upgrading my phone and I have never had a more professional service/salesman than I had today. I will recommend this store to family and friends. Doug R did an awesome job and treated me with respect and he knows his business.

Went in yesterday to get some help with my plan. The two sales representatives were extremely helpful and professional. This was the best experience I’ve had there!

I had a problem with data usage and had previously tried to resolve the issue by calling the AT&T customer service representative. The problem was not resolved, so I visited the local AT&T store here in Marysville. Michelle and Brad patiently listened to me and took the time to completely resolve the problem and get my plan back on track. I am very pleased with the way they handled the issue, which was not even their fault in the first place!

I went to AT&T in Marysville an d got set up with DIRECTV. The process was fast, the lady there, Michelle answered all my questions most before I even asked. She was very attentive to me, had my installation scheduled earliest they could and I had my DIRECTV in my home within a few days. I am very happy with my experience and will go back with any other needs I have that AT&T can provide.
