We had Bourbon Street Steak and Chicken Caesar Salad. The food was delicious and Christina was an excellent server. We were there at 2pm for a late lunch and we had a good lunch. Although we did discuss that the Bourbon Street Steak meal has gotten smaller over many years.

Wonderful Service! I could tell they were short staffed today so of course a little patience was to be served from my end of the table. I love this Applebee's location and not a thing has changed since I first came in 5 years ago. These people working here deserve nothing but respect for all they have to deal with and some raises as well. I really don't recommend coming here unless you plan on giving them a great Tip! Always had great wait staff at this Applebee's. About 30 of us went there for an after show celebration last night and a single server served all of us and did a fantastic job. Been to this Applebee's for several shows now and they always have good service.

The steak was done right but was a little tough to cut and chew. Got the 6 oz sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli and shrimp for an extra $1. Waitress was terrific. Got one of the new Holiday combo meals. Was very good !!!

Really good food, good parking and a relaxing atmosphere accessible just off 76 bordering Summit and Portage County. I do wish that they would get rid of those screens for ordering part of your meal, paying and buying access to the games... Everyone handles them so they're pretty on sanitary.

We just visited with a party of 5 and had the best service. Kelli M was fantastic and so helpful with our special requests and the manager too was extra helpful with a slight issue with a meal. Great meal and experience!

Great service. All you can eat shrimp, wings and ribs was definitely worth it.

I highly recommend asking for Austin or Travis!. They are amazing servers with Travis you may have to wait a little bit but he's so worth the wait!

Every time we come here we always ask for Travis (He’s awesome) tonight he was not working we ended up with Austin (Defiantly a mini Travis) right from the jump we could tell he was trained by Travis! Absolutly great service from them will always come back because of them! Great job guys!!!!! The manager that was here tonight did not get her name but she was great too very personable (had a cranky toddler) she was playing peek a boo and everything with him definitely great service and a great team!

Applebee's can be hit or miss. Tonight was a great hit! I had the Chicken Wanton tacos for an appetizer and the Bourbon Street Steak for dinner. The tacos were stuffed well and had plenty of sauce. The steak was cooked perfectly to medium. Everything was hot and very tasty. Good job to my waitress/bartender Shannon K. She was very attentive and seemed to have a good rapport with some of the other people at the bar. Thanks!!

Good food great drinks. Me and my son got dinner lastnight,was pretty good. I got a?burger medium well,nice and juicy. My son got chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Needless to say we cleaned our plates. Our server was good as well. Happy Holidays,and Thank you Applebee's.

I had a server named Rachel and she was incredibly helpful. I have a dairy allergy and she didn’t hesitate to explain items on the menu in depth to make me feel more at ease about what I was ordering. I had a pretty custom and obnoxious order and she was so kind and understanding of what was needed to accommodate. Thank you so much Rachel!

We loved the all you can eat ribs, shrimp, and chicken wings!

The Kent/Brimfield location has such great staff. Every time I walk in, they make me feel like I'm at home.

I can't describe in short how awesome Travis is!!! Very friendly, attentive and always says you're welcome no matter how many thank yous you say and will pay attention to detail and make sure you're comfortable in your dining experience. you will feel welcomed and not just another guest but a friend in seconds definitely will always be back for the awesome food and the great talks with our friend Travis!!! Thanks again for the great food tonight who ever made the food too!

The waitress Anna was SOOOO nice and friendly, she kept asking if everything was good and it really was, she is so beautiful and quick, we got Everything so fast and the food was amazing, the bathrooms also smell amazing like food but the customers are not clean when they use it 🙄 not the workers fault tho.
