Closest to me so I generally come here, seems like better deals/pricing as opposed to Lowe's. Clean friendly atmosphere. Plenty of employees if you happen to need help. Love the Ryobi tools, perfect for the professional homeowner.

I go here entirely too much. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Carpet installers that they most recently used were pretty bad...but they are easy to work with when you have problems.

I was at Home Depot in the flooring isle. As soon as “Duane” , Home Depot associate, saw me he immediately asked if I needed help. He proceeded to help me with flooring questions and cut blinds for me. He was kind professional and helpful. I left very happy!!! Thank you Duane!

Well at the home Depot yesterday with my two daughters I was helped by a gentleman named John he was very knowledgeable and professional. I was also helped by another man named Richard. He also went above and beyond to help me. Both John and Richard are part of the reason why home Depot will outdo Lowe's any day.

My daughter and I called the store to inquire about carpeting. The man on the phone, Roman, was very helpful! They did not have the carpeting in stock but he gave us a suggestion on how much flooring we needed as well as located another store in the district and called them to verify they had it on hand. He was very helpful in our carpeting search! We will be going to the other Home Depot location to pick up our order.

If you need great customer service Roman at lorain is the person to see. We ordered flooring and blinds he was awesome! I hope Home Depot appreciates his hard work and great customer service.

As always the staff is friendly and the store is well organized. I had visited Lowe's earlier in the day for flooring and they had a limited supply. Home Depot had more variety and better pricing. Great hardware store.
