Hubby and I were out shopping for a comfortable pair of Sketchers for him. We drove out to Sketchers in Elyria and was helped by a young man who did an excellent job taking care of us and addressing hubby's needs. He pulled out shoes for hubby to try on. Product knowledge A+. Within minutes, we were in line purchasing 2 pairs of the perfect Sketchers with 2 bundles of socks. To all the employees who helped us today in the Elyria store, thank you!

The young lady working on Friday, May 25, was awesome! She was so helpful. I have a fallen arch so I am very careful about my shoes. She did everything possible to get me the shoe I was looking for. I wanted a certain sandal too that apparently has been discontinued, but she went on line looking for other places that may have had it. I was impressed with her customer service! You just don't see much of that any more. I don't know her name but I think her Associate number might be 100871.
She rang me up at 7:24pm. This was at Lighthouse Village in Lorain,Ohio 44053. I worked in retail for over 21 years, so I know what great customer service is!

We were shopping for men's shoes. There was lots to choose from. They had a buy one get 1/2 off second pair. So I got a pair of shoes too.

Only shoes I've purchased where I did not have to buy a separate set of insoles. Very comfortable as is.

I hate shopping. Always have. But this place made the experience very good. I have very hard time finding comfortable shoes and end up trying on many many shoes and then walking in them around the store for a long time. The sales people were very kind and patient with me. And most of all, knowledgeable about their product.
And for the people who seemed upset at not being allowed to reshelve their shoes, I think it's a wonderful thing that this company cares enough about health and cleanliness to spray the shoes after a try on. Thank you!!!

The store has a lot to offer. Founds some really good deals. The staff went over and beyond to find the right pair of shoes for my child who was being very difficult. Thank you to the wonderful manager who disarmed the tantrum of my child. Thank you for being patient!

This is a very belated review of the Lighthouse Village Skechers location in Lorain, OH, mainly in recognition of Tenia, an employee there. She was totally amazing and turned my frustration into a very positive experience. She was very helpful and friendly throughout my shopping and at checkout. Wish all employees were just like her! Make sure you keep her! Thanks again and again!

Very impressed by the customer service and the care that the manager took to make sure I got the pair of shoes I really wanted. She was training a new employee and was so patient while showing her the process of ordering through another store.

Lots of shoes to choose from, from narrow to xxxtra wide. I have Fred Flintsone feet . To fine shoe that fit my feet is a great, great thing. This is that store. Clean, organized, friendly.
