A friend never went to sheetz, I told them about the subs and good shakes they had. As we went inside it was apparent they were understaffed. Seemed to be only a manger and one other employee on shift. As we got shakes and subs we still got our food and shakes fast. both the manger and employee were funny and pleasant, even with the online orders obviously piling up on screen.

I did not order food so not sure how slow/poor the customer service would have been. For us we grabbed gas, used the bathrooms and bought snacks (and Prime of course). No issues.
