Health Express Urgent Care

I first want to say that all staff members were friendly and compassionate. I badly cut my finger open and admittedly did not dress it properly at home so to avoid infection, I came in and the doctor was able to fix me up perfectly and sent me home with extras for aftercare.

I’d also like to say that my previous job used a similar booking system that led our customers to believe they were making appointments which isn’t the case. It simply puts you in line and you’re able to fill out forms ahead of time so don’t expect to pick a time and be taken right then if they’re busy. I was estimated an hour and that’s how long it was which was fine by me since I’ve waited far longer at other locations.

This will definitely be my urgent care of choice for any future visits!

I scheduled an appointment an hour before I went and was able to get in within 15 minutes of being there (I filled out paperwork beforehand and the 15 minutes was me giving my card, checking in and waiting). I was in and out with a strep throat diagnosis in 25-30 minutes. All the staff answered all my questions and were very personable. Great urgent care experience!

We’ve visited this location multiple times in situations where our primary or pediatricians were booked out. We have had excellent care and service here, and Allie is a phenomenal staff member. Her patience, knowledge & respect towards myself and my family are always top notch. Highly recommend !

The staff was friendly and I appreciate their thorough and prompt care. The positive and upbeat energy from the gentleman at the front desk was a pleasant surprise. Had to wait an hour to be seen even with an “appointment”. Must’ve been a busy Saturday morning. My husband has gone during the week with no wait.

I received amazing care, I literally walked in at 7:30 and the team was so helpful.... Allie was amazing!!!!! Very joyful. I would recommend this location to all of my family, friends and acquaintances.

The people there are always so friendly and welcoming just went there with my son and she checked on a rash I had developed also previously I thought that was very nice. The front desk to the MAs to the practitioners are the best and so kind. Thank you for great care!

Staff was extremely nice and helpful! They were very good with our almost 2 year old. It was pretty quick for how busy they seemed as well.

Great experience made appt.for 12 got in on time primary was very prompt and thorough the gentleman who did the work explained what he was doing and was very courteous and thorough also.thanks for a job well done!

Love this place! It’s clean and everyone is professional and kind! anytime my boys are sick or something happens we come here because they’re attentive and fast vs the pediatrician office. I absolutely adore Ally at the front desk she is so sweet especially to my babies! and Ashley the dr is great and fast! Thank you guys!

I love this urgent care!!! I’m always seen very quickly, staff is amazing and so are the doctors and nurses! They are always my go to when anyone is sick in my household and they make me feel like my concerns are taking seriously!

We have been here a few different times and have seen a few different providers. Every time we are well taken care of and the providers are all kind and great! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Everyone was very friendly. The office was clean. I checked in and only waited a few minutes before being seen. The process was quick and I was on my way to work in no time

Today was the day after Christmas and the office was packed! The front desk staff handled everyone with poise and professionalism. The staff was kind even though very busy and at times visibly overwhelmed.

The staff is super nice and they made it quick and easy, Allie (I think I’m spelling that right) definitely made me feel at ease, I’m not the biggest fan of doctors but I wouldn’t mind coming here again!

Our family has always been treated with caring knowledge based kindness at the North Ridgeville location, which is especially comforting when you're feeling your worst. Onsite X-rays in December 2023 my diagnosis was pneumonia. Then myself and my husband were back again in January this year onsite Covid tested & both diagnosed positive and prescribed paxlovid.

The best experience I’ve had with any urgent care. Staff was very friendly (so appreciated as a single mom when sick kid times are extra stressful) and impressive communication following up when we had other questions. I appreciate this location and their services.

They get you in and our really quick compared to other urgent cares around the area. The staff are all very nice and always have helped my kids and I get better and actually have a correct diagnosis.
