Great selection of clothes and shoes coupled with great discounts, you can't go wrong. There's also a wide selection of Ohio-branded sports teams clothing.

I don't wear makeup so the sales associate helped me and she was very knowledgeable matching up my complexion and very courteous I would recommend Sephora, to anyone wanting to have a pleasant experience while shopping.

Check my aunt Charlie to get a pair of shoes we had such a fun time the gentleman that took care of us was so outgoing so cold he joked around with us and wasn't stuck up her anything he really went beyond the Call of Duty but she did find her shoes that's the first time I really enjoyed shopping anywhere really because I'm not really a shopping person I usually go get what I need to get and get out but this was a really good day

I received the best customer service by Mark the Kohls manager in Lorain. I was really upset by the way an employee at this store was treating me. I found Mark by my own since no one wanted to help me find a manager. He instantly was super kind and understanding. He showed that he cared about me and how I felt by just listening and then we connected by finding out we went to the same college. It was a really nice talking point to get my mind off the initial reason why I was upset. He wasn't able to provide me with what I was asking for but he worked it out the best way he could. I honestly did not even care that I did not get what I was asking for. I was just happy that he treated me with respect and value. I will continue to go to this store just because of him!

Great deals and everything rolled into one stop shop. I only wish all the discounts went towards all brands of clothing and not just select few. With that said, they do have many deals for all brands in store. The rewards program, in store discounts, email/app discounts plus Kohl's Cash makes shopping great with all those added

They were really well stocked and the prices were great. I had forgotten my coupon of course, but they had a scratch off to use. You pick your own so I couldn't complain because it was 15% instead of the 20 I had at home! I liked what I bought and would have bought a lot more if I could. The only thing I would object to is that there was only one check out employee, and although she was moving as fast as she could, it took a little while with four people in line. It seems like they could add a little more staff. But I really liked what I bought, I bought more than I planned, and I saw other things I would have liked to have.

Amazon returns here is easy and they do a great job. Clothing selection is limited but they have basic business attire for women right up front. When searching for business casual I think of Kohl's.
