Giant Eagle Supermarket

I was at the store a couple days ago and seen a lady in front of me get rude to an elderly gentleman for counting out $0.77 in change for his $2.77 bill. The young man cashiering was very quick to let her know no disrespect is going to be tolerated in his line, made my heart happy for the elderly gentleman. The lady proceeded to snatch the receipt from him and start arguing with him. I just wanted to say I am 100% happy he responded the way he dds. He needs a raise!!!

I ordered a cake for my grandson's first birthday party. A young lady name Alexis took my order, I sent an image to her and she made the cake and it was beautiful I was very pleased with this cake. Thank you so much Alexis 🙂

I have always made a special trip to giant eagle to purchase seafood, be it fresh or frozen. I have never had any issue. However, I recently purchased some fish that smelled just a bit off. I didn’t have my receipt, so I wasn’t expecting much when I called to let them know. I just wanted them to be aware. Ken, the manager was super helpful, apologized and offered to reimburse me within the amount of any seafood I preferred. A company should stand by their product, and he did. He made it right and I really appreciate it.

Their produce is much better quality than other stores in the area. The self checkout is convenient and easy to use. Those fuel perks are unbeatable too!

Store is a pleasure. Wide aisles, end caps are filled with merchandise on special. You don't have to hunt

Clean, well cared for store employees are nice, but prices are a bit high. I go primarily for the get-go gas perks. They always match Sheetz lowest price on gas, and if you got perks, it's a better deal.

Had what I needed. Very clean. 9/10 times I purchase flowers here. They always last 2 weeks plus. In fact, my mom still has flowers from over a month ago. Well worth the money.

Nice supermarket. They have many foods to choose from. Deli, floral section as well.

Love the people in the store..
They have that ability to know you've been in the store before...

Prices are comparable to other grocery stores. Their employees are numerous, very helpful and courteous.

I love Giant Eagle.They carry a lot of items that I have trouble finding at other stores, and yet their prices are pretty reasonable. The staff at the Amherst store is friendly and helpful. All of the Giant Eagle stores have a great selection and have friendly, helpful staff. Get go is priced lower than other gas stations in the area.

Good store, I like their vegetables and meats. Seem to be a little bit better than the rest, although the prices are a little bit higher.

It's very clean, they have everything you need and the service there was great!

I love Giant eagle. Great selection and stores always neat and clean. Cashier's are always friendly and courteous. They lines move quick even when they're long due to being so busy. I think overall Amherst Giant Eagle is a Excellent choice when it comes to your local grocery store. Highly recommend 🙂

My go to when I need fresh veggies and fruit! Best out of all the stores in the area.

I mainly go to Giant Eagle for their drive up pharmacy. It's great! Today it was closed. I went in. I had called in my prescription and they filled it quickly! I appreciate you Giant Eagle Pharmacy!!

Giant Eagle in Perrysburg ,no longer here sadly!! The wife thinks this store here in Amherst is great!! The shelves were "Full" ,not empty like at home! We don't mind the road trip occasionally to shop there!! Great people!

Only thing being unable to walk good and parking in handicapped .why cant they put a cart stall closer to all handicapped parking???? Instead of way down aisle!! Soo hard trying to walk cart all way back up to store!!!!
