AT&T Store

I had a great experience at this store today! Angel helped us and he was absolutely amazing. He was able to get my husband and I new IPhones without any issues. He was so patient and pleasant to work with! Highly recommend coming to this location! Thank you for helping us today! Ryan was also there and incredibly nice as well! Great service and professionalism!

Jason is an excellent salesperson. He is always patient with me when making a purchase and answers all of my questions. I have made it a point to always see him when getting a new phone for myself or anyone in my family.

I want to thank the sales guy who helped me set up my new apple iPhone 15 pro max! Very helpful and polite! Told me and I husband we could leave my iPhone there since it was going to take awhile! He said come back in about 40 minutes and it should be ready! It’s was! We got our food shopping and came back and it was ready to go!

Angel at AT&T in Lorain, Oh ( Leavit Rd.) is the rep to ask for. ..professional, knowledgeable and solution oriented. He's also an all-around personable guy. I unexpectedly had to buy a new phone and couldn't have received assistance from anyone better. 5 star rep and 5 star experience.

The salesman Jason was extremely helpful during the entire process where we added a new line, got a new phone, and a new iPad all to my existing line. He answered all of our questions and completed the process very efficiently. He was top of the line and also helped us get set up with three new accessories for our devices. He's the best. Everything went very smoothly and he made the experience very great :)

Great experience. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and asked what we needed help with. The guy who helped us took good care of us and was helpful, polite. We felt comfortable and welcome.

Had to pick up a new phone to replace a stolen one. Angel did a fantastic job helping me get through the verification part of the transaction, which was a little harder than normal since I didn't have my phone to provide most of the data. He was able to work with main AT&T customer line to find a solution and get a phone back into my hands. Would definitely recommend this store!!

I’ve been due for an upgrade for quite some time. Just circumstances were never really right, they already knew the situation I have been working with me. Great group of people, who are very patient with me. Helping me to choose the right upgrade for myself. Definitely recommend the Amherst/Lorain store. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, definitely and highly recommended. They know I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again everyone for the help, and the input in purchasing a new phone.

First off, Josh rocks! We brought over 8 lines from Verizon and he made the process so easy and smooth! The building is clean and you are easily socially distanced as well!
The whole staff was awesome! They were fun, kind, professional, knowledgeable and patient! We had lots of laughs and all my questions were answered. There are other stores closer to me but I will forever go to this one knowing I will get grade A gold star worthy customer service!

Great customer service! Especially Ryan who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He not only helped us make some changes to accounts and consolidate things but noticed we were overpaying and I was able to call AT&T customer service and get a huge refund back! We are forever grateful that he took his time with us to get it all sorted and we didn't even get any new services at the time. We will definitely be back when we are ready to upgrade. I was in the Amherst store today and Jeff, Jason, and Nick were working. All 3 of them were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They did an amazing job answering all of my questions and helping with any concerns I had. There was no sense of pressure to get anything like other phone stores I've been to, and they did whatever they could to find me the best deal. They also were very sweet and friendly to my 5yo son, and Nick and Jeff kept him extremely entertained while Jason helped get everything situated for my new phone plan. It was definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had with a phone company, and I would recommend this location to anyone looking to join AT&T.

Stopped in to check on my next upgrade availability. Also to see what might be available in other products. The store was bright and clean. The service was top notch. We had an assistant manager. She was friendly, helpful and eager to help. We felt no pressure to do anything. We were given all the information we needed. I live about 20 minutes away and there are several AT&T stores closer, but we felt so comfortable, we believe that it will be worth the drive for future phone needs. 5 stars.

Ryan was incredibly helpful and transparent. He helped get my husband and I out of our over priced sprint contracts while simultaneously helping to entertain our two year old with bubble guppies. Great prices, even better customer service. Thanks Ryan!

We went in to add a line and inquire what do with a line that we no longer need due to losing our child. Jesse was such a huge help! He helped us get it all taken care of and within a timely manner! Last time we were in there in February, Jesse was great too! Love working with him!
