Friendly staff and comfortable chairs. I think the building used to be an old warehouse thats been converted and it has a unique relaxing vibe to it. Nurses get you in and out as fast as they can and are attentive to needs.

Your warehouse guy Ken is the absolute most impatient person I have ever seen. My husband had to have surgery so I didn't return the pump that day and I live in a neighborhood where people steal things off the porch so I refuse to put anything out there. Today he called me twice, back to back and then later twice and then called my husband who he woke up which my husband needed the rest. If I don't answer it's because I am taking care of a special needs child and now a guy that had surgery plus homeschooling my other kids. I DO NOT have time to deal with his anxiety and lack of patience. My anxiety goes way up when someone is incessantly impatient with me and makes me not want to comply. He seriously needs to work on his customer service skills and his patience and anxiety and very possible OCD. Maybe get him hooked up with EAP to help him a little. I will get the pump turned in. He doesn't need to call 10 times a day. I tried to call someone at Option Care and they never called back so I decided to post here.

I have been getting my child’s nutritional supplies and equipment from this company for 9 years now. I am extremely disappointed with them at this time. Some how they did not get my child’s new orders that my doctor office states and noted that were sent as URGENT. New orders were send the same day I found out and the director denied a 7 day supply to be sent out while the new order (that was sent months ago) was processed even after I informed them he didn’t have enough to last him. They suggested I buy it over the counter. 6 days have gone by, on day 5 they said everything was good to go but there system is down to place the order so she with follow up at 4:30 and send them if they system it up or it will be send the following day. Now it is the following day and they said they have to send an email to get the okay to send the order and they will get back to me in an hour. She couldn’t see any notes that the request for a 7 day supply was denied by the director. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I understand that supply and demand have been an issue with everything going on in the world but depend on the supply’s for my child to eat!!

how are you a medical supply distributor and you drop a cancer patient from recieving his nutritional TPN supplies! really is resubmitting the insurance billing that complicated? stating the reason they are dropping him is because he is in and out of the hospital too much! of course he is he has CANCER! shame on you!
