Support Plus

I ordered compression socks in beige. Simple, woman’s sock ,$44.99, not cheap, 3 of them. I got sock soft knit men’s socks in Navy. Completely wrong, not even close. I call customer support and the girl who answered seemed like she was outside, I think she dropped the phone, asked me why I called then I got hung up on. The second lady told me I have to call back because their computers are down. They don’t even answer the call with the name of the business. Who is training them? Apparently it’s going to take some time and effort to get this fixed.

I wouldn't give them even one star if there was an option! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER experienced. I purchased 2 pairs of boots and two pairs of shoes. One pair of boots and 1 pair of shoes didn't fit. The very next day I called for a return label. They told me they could not take them back because they did not stock them and that I needed to contact the manufacturer ( they would not provide the number) I contacted the manufacturer who informed me that the label had to come from Suport Plus! I called again and was told they could not ” find my order” I resent the email receipt and they still told me they couldn't find the order. I called the manufacturer back and they agreed to take back the shoes and informed me they have had multiple issues with Support Plus. HOWEVER, Support Plus would have to refund my money. We are talking $ 400. Folks! I had to pay for shipping back to manufacture and I'm still waiting for refund. I'm going to sick my credit card customer service on them at least they are reliable

Rude, short attention span and questionable knowledge.
I was shipped adult diapers. I didn’t order adult diapers. The wrong order was sent. Called customer service they said they will send me my correct order. They sent me the wrong order again. Called customer service and got hung up 3 times. Called to speak to Supervisor and she hung up on me!
NEVER AGAIN. The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.

I ordered items online and paid extra for 2 day shipping. It has been 4 days and still no delivery. No one answers at customer service. I called the order number and was told the items are on back order at the warehouse! How can they charge for 2 day shipping on items they have on back order? Can't reach anyone to get my money back.

Terrible service! I ordered 2 packages of bibs, and I paid extra $31.98 for expedited delivery because I needed the bibs urgently.
No only they did not come on time, I got the wrong product. I got 2 back pain belts. When I called to complain and ask for the money of the expedited shipping back because I didn’t get what I paid for, I was put on hold and then disconnected without explanation.

Overpriced and once you purchase one box of goods they will auto renew an autoship.

Even after you call to cancel they will still ship you boxes. I've only been refunded one of the four boxes that I've sent back for my grandparents who made the mistake of ordering out of a catalog.

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and paid 9.99 shipping fed ex. They did not process/mail the order for over a week and now it's been 2 weeks and still have not received the item. They will not refund me the shipping or even get back to me. Will never order from them again.

Do not buy from this supplier, and if you do . . . CHECK THE FINEPRINT! Ordered some compression sox, and then started getting monthly charges of $14.95 for their "VIP Membership". Just needed some sox! Won't make that mistake again.

Company has given me three numbers to call simply to exchange a pair of shoes, was promised a return shipping label emailed to meNEVER GOT IT, terrible company, uses APEX to handle returns , DO NOY BUY FROM SUPPORT PLUS
