Young lady with blonde hair and bangs was naturally cheerful. Helped me figure some things out without confusing me. Made the rest of my day improve. Wish I would’ve took her business card. I’d give you her name.

If I could give zero stars I would. On 2 occasions I tried to pay my visa bill at that branch and they refused to take my payment. They said they can’t take a payment for more than the balance. On both occasions the check was written for the exact amount that the statement said was due not to mention that I had continued to use the card. I called the customer support number on the back of my card and told them what happened and the lady was dumbfounded, couldn’t believe a bank would refuse a payment. I will give it one more month and if I can’t make my payment at the bank I will no longer use their card. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SINCE WHEN CAN YOU REFUSE LEGAL TENDER FOR A DEBT PAYMENT? MAYBE YOU CAN JUST REMOVE THE DEBT THEN.

The blonde teller with the bangs and glasses was EXTREMELY rude. I was a non customer with potential prospects of becoming a customer. But after the way I was treated and the way my husband, who is a customer, was treated he will now be soon closing that account and going to a different bank. You can’t sit there and tell a customer you LOST a night drop after refusing to make the deposit the day before when I was in the building. Then make the excuse that you didn’t check the night drop after I come back. Im in shock with their unbelievable rudeness and lack of customer service. And that’s coming from someone who also works at a bank. I couldn’t imagine having someone come into my bank and treating them the way I was treated. Customer or not.

Tellers are rude, they literally see you are there but decide to ignore you! Everyone looks miserable doing their job. Us bank please hire nicer people

Rude and horrible customer service. Changing banks soon, Huntington is so much better and has patient, friendly people working there.
