Well stocked & helpful sales people! Now open in the former Orchard Supply Hardware location, the new OSH is a great shopping experience. Wide aisles, lots of inventory, great nursery & plenty of helpful staff. I’m happy the store is open again. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Everytime I shop at this hardware store, I get rapid and expert assistance from the employees. Items I'm looking for are easy to find and this store has an excellent range of hardware and outdoor supplies.

Love this hardware store. It has all the real things you need (like screws, tools, etc) and then all the things you never knew you wanted/needed (toys for kids, decorations, etc). It is very clean and has large aisles to walk through.

Incredible business with the best customer service I've ever received. And it's consistent! From spending an hour helping me figure out a plumbing issue to giving me a crash course in wood repair to patiently going through 5 different receipts to find the correct one for a return. The staff at Outdoor Supply are the best. Not to mention the super well-priced items, the fantastic selection and easy-to-find inventory. You won't find a better home and outdoor supply store!

Great store, fully stocked and nice garden area. Clean and well organized plus helpful sales people. What more do you need?? Location next to Costco and across from Sigona's Market makes it an easy stop in that area of town. Highly recommend to all looking for good service and nice people plus a great selection of good products.

It was so nice to be in a resuscitated OSH! The store was clean, neat and not overcrowded. Aisles were spacious and stocked. I was assisted right away to find what I needed (although apparently I am not the only one buying a small pickax😂). And, the clerk made it an option for him to show me where the item was. People in the store wore masks. Thank you. Check out stands were carefully designed and plentiful.

Even though there are no dedicated parking spaces for curbside pick up at this store, they very promptly and courteously located my car and brought my order to me. Very much appreciate this service due to mobility issues. Thank you again, OSH Redwood City!

Thoroughly Impressed

It was our first time at this location. We went to pick up some terracotta pots in the garden center, and every employee we met acknowledged us with a hello. It was a very nice experience. They had a nice assortment of terracotta pots and even cement pots. I would recommend this location.

I've really enjoyed this store since they reopened. It is much closer to my house. The parking is way easier than at that big orange store and help is easier to find here. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. The one time they didn't have what I needed they knew where I should go (it wasn't HD). I often wander about after finding what I needed just to discover what I didn't know I needed. My go to hardware store.

I go to Millbrae usually.

They are not much of a lumberyard so if you need those redwood fence slats or 3/4in plywood 4x8s they're not really your thing.

I taught the new guy in Foster City at the old OSH how to cut and thread iron pipe on the Ridgid machine it's been in my house 20 years. Think he went on to a decent career there.

But for hardware/fasteners I will occasionally go big box for deck screws but these guys most things else since HD is pathetic, many tools especially specialty things, and prefer not to wait 15min for a big box to send you someone to price out some cut wire...they also have decent garden stuff, if you want big wads of stuff you probably want someone like Lyngso anyway.

After trying HD and ACE hardware stores for a plumbing part, Victor at OSH took the time to evaluate and make knowledgeable recommendations to resolve my issue. I won't waste my time going to other hardware stores in the future. Kudos OSH and thanks for having professional, skilled people available for DIYers like me!

Awesome store! Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are good and have a very good selection on tools and hardware. Glad i came to check it out. This store is an Orchard Supply 2.0 highly recommend this store. Very organized and maintained store

This store is so welcome. Ever since Orchard Supply Hardware closed i have boycotted Home Depot. Abysmal service reminiscent of the California DMV. Rude salespeople and horrible dirty store.

As I continue to patronize the RWC OSH I continue to be impressed with the service and product location knowledge of the staff. When I'm told "It's located on aisle 3 on the right hand side." It is. SO VERY WELCOMED in this time of poor or online only service. Thank you.

Very clean and well organized store with a huge selection of items. Not much personalized service but if you know what you want, it is a pleasure to shop there. I definitely recommend this business!

If you loved Orchard, you will just as much love Outdoor Supply Hardware. Thank goodness they stepped in and kept the spirit alive. Great place to spruce up the yard or get your DIY on.

I love this hardware store. They have everything you need (and a lot that you don't) and a great staff willing to help problem solve your DIY projects.

Healthy plants from their garden section (the lavender and the yellow gerbera daisies)

They had my orchid potting bark, and in multiple sizes. I was able to get everything I needed to transplant. I also picked up some Fall flowers. The sale on patio furniture was great, to bad I did not need any, but I looked!

Great . Staff is right there to help and make suggestions. Large fully stocked store.
