Suites C & G (Surgery & NOMS): Dr. Dolce, Mrs. Kaily, Mrs. Linda, & everyone-else who works with Dr. Dolce are very kind and great.

Had a procedure done in the Surgery Department yesterday & have to say it was the best experience I ever had in a hospital! The ENTIRE Surgical team was AWESOME! I felt as if I were with family & friends. Friendly, kind, compassionate people, every one. They all seemed to love their jobs & truly cared for their patients. I was especially impressed by the greetings & introductions as I was wheeled into the OR. Brandi, Rachel, & Regina were waving, saying good morning, & assuring me that they would be taking good care of me! And they did! A sincere THANK YOU to everyone involved in my care! KUDOS to all. Keep up the great work!

We had a medical emergency that required surgery while on vacation. All the staff (surgeons/doctors, nurses, housekeeping, and everyone in between) in every department we encountered were exceptional. We were in a very scary situation, and everyone provided top-notch care for the patient and our family. We were always treated like VIPs and made to feel that every request or question was the most important thing to them at that moment. I am so thankful that Magruder was there during our emergency. THANK YOU all so very much; keep up the great work!

Unfortunately my family vacation was cut a bit short due to a severe bout of acute vertigo. This hospital did everything possible to help me. They got me physical therapy lined up for the next day and also got me in for an mri. The staff , doctors, nurses...every single person in there was the sweetest and nicest people. Thank you for everything y.

We are from out of town. We were shopping at walmart & my husband dropped something from his pocket it rolled under the check out counter. He reached under to get it & slit his wrist wide open on a broken bottle that was under the counter. He was taken to the hospital. They were great. They explained everything well. The doctor whom stitched him up was very nice. She made the visit less stressful. They even gave us extra supplies because it was so late we could not go to store . The hospital was very clean. The ambulance driver was very caring. He stayed by me until I was able to see my husband.

Had an unexpected visit to the ER Saturday afternoon. I knew I had a fever and hurt all over. Covid Negative, which I seriously thought was what was going on. Ended up with UTI. No urinary systems what so ever. Ended up being admitted because I only have 1 kidney (other was taken out when I was 10). Sent 2 nights at the hospital. The staff was wonderful and caring. Want to thank everyone who cared for me! Wonderful and loving place.

Coworker and friend were omitted for Kidney Stones so I wanted to let her know we were thinking of her. Called the Gift Shop onsite and Pam was very helpful by giving me her cell for pictures of items to chose from. She even hand-delivered the item I picked.

My mother was taken by EMS to the Emergency dept at Magruders last night. Dean a nurse, a female nurse doing her clinicals and Tim a Physicians Asst..were phenomenal! They were all so caring and compassionate. I appreciate the care my mom received. Thank you.

Many times my family and I have been to Magruder for surgeries and outpatient services and have always been treated well. The staff is competent and friendly. And as a bonus, the food is the best I've had in any hospital and better than many restaurants I've eaten at.

Was taken to Port Clinton Magruder by Erie Twp. Squad with broken hip . Deputy and squad could not have been better . Knew there Business . Spent two nights in Port Clinton McGruder Hospital. My treatment was way above any level of expectation . Courteous, professional and bent over backwards to help. This level of treatment was extended round the clock. Doctors were all very informative and did a wonderful job. I honestly Cannot think of one thing that could have been improved upon. Food was excellent. What a blessing they all were ! Thank You So much Magruder ! And NO I have no relatives working there.. This is all factual .

We are RVers traveling through the state. We were staying at a campground near Port Clinton when my husband began having some serious problems and had to be rushed to the ER. I am a retired RN so I tend to look at things from a different perspective. I cannot say enough good things about the care my husband received. He was assessed quickly, treated, and transferred to a hospital able to handle his needs in a timely manner. Everyone-the admissions clerk, his nurse, and the physician- were professional, caring, and compassionate. Thank you!

Today, 7/8/20, I was seen at the Emergency room for flu like symptom's. I was given a covid test, which came back NEGATIVE. My R.N. Faith, who was so very kind, explained to me everything she had done, and was going to do, I had IV fluids, and other tests ordered by the P.A. Tim who also spent time with me at great length. The efficiency and knowledge of these employee's were exemplary. I have been to Magruder's several times, since moving here 5 years ago, and would not think of going anywhere else!

My husband and I had our first covid vaccines 2/25 at the hospital. Great experience ! Everyone was friendly and the whole thing ran extremely smoothly. Well thought out process.

Had an ER visit turn into an overnight stay. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Was treated very well!

Thought my daughter was having an appendicitis while on vacation so we took her here. When we brought her, two ambulances had just arrived along with 3 people ahead of us; they later said 15 people just rolled in ahead of us. We saw the Dr. in less than 20 minutes even thought they were full. The Dr. was great and quick; he also broke down her illness to a level I could understand quickly. Got to say, I was shocked by how advanced they are for being so small in the middle of nowhere. Robotic advanced Xray that doesn't need film so the images are done quicker, pharmacy built in the hospital which sends you a text when your medication is ready, and free Coffee. I have to say I was very surprised. I thought we were going to have a bad experience because of the size and location of the hospital, but we were off with a diagnosis and meds in 2 hrs!!

I am here from Alabama and i fell and pulled my ligaments in my right leg ...i read the other reviews before going and despite all the bad reviews still went and tge negative reviews are wrong i got there and the nurse Laurna immediately took me back she was very professional and sweet ... And then the nurse Dianne was very sweet they gave me pain meds before xray ....good thing cause i was hurting pretty bad ....all this was done in a matter of 2 hours i will defently go back if need be i wanna give a Big and Special THANK YOU for treating me . Y'all done a Wonderful Job!!!!!

They gave me the very best of care and everyone was so very kind. They explained everything in a way I could understand, even though I was in such physical and mental pain and they made sure I understood what they were saying. I can not simply can not say enough good things about the whole situation. I wish I could put into more words how impressed I was/am with that whole awful circumstances I was in. I want to thank each and everyone of them for the excellent care I received. Bless you all. Thank you so very much. I am doing much better today, just to let you all know. Feel very good about yourselves and give each other a hug and/or a pat on the back. You deserve it!

The doctor that seen me tonight was really nice and funny and took good care of me during my visit Dr.Omley was a very nice doctor!

My Mom received impeccable care from the entire staff during her week long stay. Dr. Wiecek is an excellent surgeon. Thank you for how well you took care of her.
