This company helped my husband and I buy our first home. We had some complications with the seller but in the end we were able to close. Big thanks to a great team. I was a first time buyer and I was not sure about the entire process but Mike and Silvia guided me with everything that I needed to know even to some programs that I qualified for. They also helped me with loan options. It was a great experience and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to find a home. Thank you Mike and Silvia. There are not enough stars available to convey my love , respect and admiration for these two people. Mike and Silvia are truly professional and very very experienced in their careers and really work as a team to reach their goals.
I was immediately welcomed and felt like I was part of the process and not "just another commission. They listened to my large list of wants and desires without judgement or irritation.
In this tight housing market not only did I have very specific needs but little time to accomplish my goal. I am opening a Room and Board for Veterans, so I had very specific home size, location, property size, bus lines, accessibility issues... Very long list. Mike and Sylvia really believed in my vision and wanted to help. We worked as a team and had several late nites looking for and discussing properties or gathering paperwork, No matter how tired we were the communication was terrific. This was the toughest transaction I have ever been thru but Mike and Sylvia were very supportive and kept me from really losing my cool on several occasions. Truly wonderful people I recommend them and give them 20 on the 5 point scale.
To sum it up... They really believe that buying a home is supposed to be a fun and exciting time and they work their hardest to make that happen. I am blessed to have them in my life.
So now my journey to help our Veterans begins. I would not be able to do this without them. There were many tense moment hours and days of uncertainty, but they also kept me positive. They are fearless and know exactly what to do!!!!
