Horseshoe Curve Restaurant

We stopped in for some beers. All the food is fried and delicious. This is the most delightful little hole in the wall spot rooted with historical relevance. If you get a chance to talk to the owner and her husband, they are full of good stories!

Always a great time at Horseshoe! The staff is wonderful and so very friendly. There is often live music that can be quite loud in such a small place, but the artists are always good. The food is large in portion and always tasty and well presented. They have incredible drink specials and are very attentive to serving you when you glass is empty! Great little country restaurant with amazing character!

Off the beaten path, but well worth it. As the name implies, this restaurant sits dead center on a horseshoe curve, so there's no missing it. The outside seems pretty unassuming, but once inside there is an eclectic collection of funny signs, odd decor, and historical memorabilia. The owners Tracee and Jim are incredibly nice and willing to make conversation. My husband and I both ordered burgers and one side of fries. It was more than enough for us and our toddler to share. Everything was delicious and you could tell they cared about the product they were serving. It wasn't just some flat burger made to rush. Even though we're by no means locals to the area, we still felt right at home and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

I was working around the area, looked up google for a restaurant nearby and found this lovely place! The food was good and the service was great. Owner is super friendly. I will visit again when in the area.

What a unique and fun place! Food was delicious and service was lovely. There's always something to look at and it's a really cool place to be at. Sides are big so it's something you can share with others!

Great food, roast beef sandwinch was great and service and staff was very friendly, cold beer and nice wine selection, very nice local community, facility has a lot of character and rustic apperance, very clean.

We needed food and this was pretty much only local place that still served at the hour we were out. Our second time there and I think this is my favorite local place! Food has a great price-quality ratio, the service was nice and friendly. And the music was so enjoyable. More local feel than any other place nearby.

Make a point to stop in and experience this wonderful place. The green bean fries were excellent. Bartender is very attentive and the locals are friendly.

Wonderful "in the family" bar and restaurant. Stopped there after a long hike and greatly enjoyed the ham and cheese sandwich. It had that thick "Christmas" ham and was delicious. Wonderful owners and they also have live music which I hear is wonderful. Take the time to relax and enjoy this place - you won't regret it!

I loved this place! The atmosphere was unlike anything I’ve seen in the area and the owners were incredibly friendly! The burger is 100% enough for me to come back.

Such a well kept secret just off the Appalachian trail on the West Blue Ridge of Virginia. Highly recommend

This tiny out of the way place is a hidden gem. I am a French fry fan and their French fries are fresh and tasty. Burgers are great, clean restrooms (always a plus) and the owner and staff are spot on. I am a big customer service person and they were fantastic.
I make it a point to stop here for the fries, even drove here one day , over an hour just for the fries ...

This place is great. It is small, family owned and family friendly. The food is really good. The service is friendly. They are super accommodating. They had live music and the band was fantastic. It was a great evening for our party of eight.
