We had checked into a chain hotel earlier in the day in a different city and my husband just wasn’t feeling the area or the hotel and we decided to move on on our fly by the seat of our pants road trip. I’m so glad that we kept going because we ended up here. It was so cozy and adorable and Karolina is just the sweetest, cutest and funniest woman. The rooms are huge, it was so nice to park right outside our room and we had all the amenities we needed. When we checked out the next morning Karolina was already up and cleaning windows in the lobby. She gave us good breakfast recommendations, advice about life and made us laugh. Not a bad way to start your day.

Had a wonderful stay at the Redwood Arms Motel. Rooms were spacious and very clean. We used it as our base for an extended stay. Can not say enough about Karolina, Anna and staff. We were well taken care of and we highly recommend this little gem 💎 of a motel!

I stayed here about 5 years ago on a trip to the 4 corners. I stopped more out of need than want, but it turned out to be a great decision. The woman at the front desk was so kind and friendly. The room was clean and great and overall a very memorable experience. Thank you staff.

I stayed here when I attended a wedding in Paonia last September. I continually think back to what an amazing stay this was. The room was very clean, it had all the amenities I was hoping for, the management was extremely kind & helpful and the value was incredible. 10/10, I have recommended the Redwood Arms to anybody and everybody who's heading into western Colorado.

Impromptu stay here, and I was so impressed and appreciative of the kind and friendly staff and clean, comfortable room. The view outside is remarkable also! I enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant next door as well.

We started staying @ the Redwood Arms many years ago on our first ATV trip to the area. Now, it's like going home to rest before starting our journey back to MO! The rooms are maintained VERY well and are clean and comfy. Parking for our trailers is no issue. There's plenty of room and you can pull right up to the room door. The owner, Karolina, is so welcoming and FULL of energy - LOVE THAT LADY - her heart for service is very evident!!

I stayed overnight last Friday night, at the Redwood Arms Motel. My stay ended, with an emergency ambulatory ride, to the Delta hospital.
I had developed a herniated disc, in my lower back, and could not walk, without excruciating pain.

Karolina, the owner, and her son were so kind, empathetic and very helpful, at getting an ambulance, in the area.

The rooms are the cleanest I've ever seen, in a roadside motel. I was a travel agent, for 14 years, and 've seen a lot of motel rooms, to know a gem when I see it. Plus, you get the benefit of such gracious and kind owners!

Fabulous find! After a couple days of camping in the wilderness, my wife and I wanted to sleep on a bed and get a shower in before heading to Aspen (to do the wifey things). I came across the Redwood Arms Motel by luck and am grateful that I found this place. The owner, Karolina, was wonderful to interact with on the phone and pleasantly a genuine human being when I checked in. This family-owned business has clean and inviting rooms, the bathroom was clean, and the hospitality was superb!! Not only are the rooms clean but I witnessed Ms. Karolina sweeping the parking lot and driveway. What a fantastic owner!! I will stay here again on my next trip through this part of Colorado. I highly recommend staying here!!

Great room and price. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Our arrival time was delayed because of heavy traffic on I70 but the owners made arrangements for us and made us feel so welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

The owner Carolina was so nice! We were a last minute stop and needed a place to stay and Carolina was so hospitable! We stayed in a 3 queen bedroom (2 adults, 3 kids) and upon opening the door, it was so clean! The room smelled great (and I am very sensitive to fragrances) and the beds are so comfortable! The bathroom is very clean as well and the room has a mini fridge, microwave, free WiFi and cable! Carolina also personally brought us more towels upon arrival, extra snacks and some other supplies! She has went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! I would definitely give the Redwood Arms Motel a 5⭐!

The Redwood Arms is simply the best. Super clean, quiet, and nicely remodeled. Friendly and helpful staff. Good WiFi. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in the area.

It's a wonderful place to stay at. The owner is so friendly. We have absolutely no complaints! I love all the thoughtful touches she puts in every day when cleaning the room. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in town!

The Motel Owner was very friendly and gave great suggestions for things to do and places to eat in the picturesque town of Paonia, CO. Room rates were affordable for a room that was clean, had a comfortable bed, and plenty of space to stretch out in.

This place was incredible. The room was more than accommodating for our group of four plus two dogs. The staff were impeccably kind and attentive to anything we needed. The small restaurant, Snow Dogs, that resides in the same plaza, was a go-to for our ten day stay. It's tucked out of the way on the highway and it was a super quick drive into town. Highly, highly recommended.

The Redwood Arms is fantastic! The rooms are immaculately cleaned by the owner herself, the amazing Carolina! She is super helpful and incredibly kind! In an area of CO that is somewhat lacking in camping this is a great place to get some rest on a long trip!

The woman that owns the place is an absolute saint. She was very sweet to us and the room was bigger and prettier than I expected for the price. Everything was very clean and the room was quiet. The TV has some cool documentary channels. The shower was great. 100/100 couldn't have been better.

We stayed at Redwood Arms two nights while touring the Western Slope for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday. The family who runs the motel is very friendly and accommodating (to us and our dog), you can tell they care very much about their guests. They add a personal touch. The accommodations were reasonably priced and it was a no hassle, relaxed experience, which I appreciate. They had directv with a decent channel lineup and the rooms were very clean. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay. VERY clean and the owner is a super nice lady. Rooms are way larger than I expected. Great room with cheaper price than most motels that I've recently stayed at. Highly recommend!!! Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Such a great experience staying here! The bed was very comfortable and the room was so clean! The staff was very sweet and helpful. We borrowed a wine opener & a wall plug.

We love Redwood Arms and stayed there many times before moving to the North Fork Valley. Clean, friendly, reasonably priced and they allow pets which was great for us and our dogs. Highly recommend!
