Pat's Bar and Grill

When they're open, they have a nice bar in the back. Bartender & owner were friendly. Nice environment. Food is delicious! I've stopped in a few times & have yet to be disappointed with food & service

Great little bar and grill in Hotchkiss Colorado. Basic bar food. Great sandwiches and salads. Fully stocked bar with a wide variety of selections. Daily specials. Waitress was super friendly even though she was the only on serving the entire restaurant. Good portions and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

Stopped in for lunch, our waitress was welcoming and we were able to choose our own table. I started with with a Pretzel /w cheese, the cheese was fairly thin but I actually really liked it, and saved it for my fries. I ordered the Jalapeno Cream Cheese Burger and it was Fantastic! The order of fries was kind of small but honestly after finishing everything I was very satisfied. I have also ordered the wings from here before and they are large with great taste!

We had the Navajo tacos.
So delicious We are going back this Saturday.

Local fans. Affordable and tasty. Great burgers. Tacos. Chicken fried steak. Lounge bar in back is cozy. Servers are friendly and helpful. BEST Reuben sandwich for miles.

Pat's is the place to be in the town of Hotchkiss. The staff is friendly, the food is great and the beer cold. Come in for a piece of Americana and mingle with farmers and cowboys alike. If your lucky Pat will be in the kitchen (she's amazing) and Rachel will be behind the bar (she's the only one I trust for craft cocktails )

Best lunch I’ve had anywhere in years. Parmigiana fries outstanding. Beef sandwich absolutely scrumptious. Excellent Bloody Mary didn’t hurt either. I am now a regular patron.

Cute little bar and restaurant with a western theme. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Service was great and so was the food. The amount of food you received was well worth the price. I had a turkey bacon wrap with thier homemade ranch dressing, yumm! 😋 The boyfriend had a cheese burger with a huge green chili pepper on it and creamy coleslaw. Im not a big creamy Coleslaw fan, but that was good. You go..... you will enjoy!!!

Hotchkiss Burger, Navajo Taco or the miners! You can't go wrong with anything from this awesome dinner. Dressings made from scratch and many other specialties! For a small town restaurant you get quality and quantity the wait staff is positive and inviting! Great food so happy to of eaten there!

We stopped for lunch while on a motorcycle trip. Pat's Bar and Grill was recommended to us by a local while we were getting gas. It was a great recommendation. The service was on point and the food was very good. The raspberry tea was awesome. We didn't do any drinking because we were on the bikes and still had a half day left to ride, but the food and the service will definately have us back when were back around!

Can't remember the name of that big beasty burger, something like the "Miner Burger", but good god was that thing just utterly delicious and well worth the money. Also fantastic staff. If you're passing through ya gotta drop by.

Meal was quick and delicious! Jessica, our server, ran laps working the restaurant and bar. Never did she pass a chance to wait on a diner or drinker. Great experience!

Everything was delicious and the workers were pleasant and willing to please. Sometimes short staffed but it’s not their fault its like that everywhere but highly recommended
