Tri-City Coin Laundry

Despite all the negative reviews I thought this place was just top notch. Wash was only three bucks and only took 3 quarters to dry awesome. The best thing I thought was great there about this place they have real live plants. I firmly believe that live plants help not only the environment but your energy and you're over all well being. Five stars ***** I'll be back next wash day...👍

Vibe is caual. Place is usually clean with an attendant on duty to resolve any issues that may arise. Some of the machines are well past their prime and/or needing overhauled.

I would give this place a negative or zero star if it was an option. On 08/21/2020 the owner tried preventing me from exchanging my bills to quarters while saying to me "customers only" repeatedly in which I responded "I am a customer" repeatedly. I went to the business next door to exchange my twenty dollar bill for some bills that the coin laundry quarter machine would accept, since this business will not do it for it's customers. He asked me to prove I was doing laundry at his facility, so I brought in all my bags of laundry and supplies as he continued to harass and follow me the entire time, even as I was loading my laundry into the machines. I was trying to exchange fifteen dollars to complete five bags of laundry. When I returned to put my laundry in the dryers and I needed extra quarters, he had shut down both quarter machines and posted new signs in the pictures I provided. The older Korean male owner is the individual who was harassing me and being very rude. If this business refuses to provide it's customers quarters at a coin laundry it should be shut down.

I would give 0 stars if i could. Come in before 8pm so i know i have plenty of time to wash and dry. And the rude employee tells me why am i starting my laundry i won't have enough time to dry. It's not like i'm doing only one load. I am spending more then $20 here. Why to be treated rude. After i look at the google review i see it's rated 2 stars i don't wonder why. Rather take my business else where. It's not like this is the only laundry place around. I would recommend not coming here unless you like receiving dirty looks when you are the one spending money somewhere.

My sweater was white and it turned pink !😡plus the washer is hella expensive 🤡 never coming here again .
