Destinations Medical Spa

My experience here at Destinations Medical Spa was beyond my expectations. The facility was clean and inviting! I was welcomed with a warm friendly smile and atmosphere. Marie the PA was thorough in the explanation of services I requested answering all my questions and providing options. I never felt sold or pushed to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. I will return for future services and recommend to all my friends and family .

Prior to coming to Destinations, I went to another med spa and saw Marie’s beautiful work! When I went to make an appt at the old spa, I saw she had moved, so I found out where she was and made an appointment for Botox/fillers. She did a beautiful job- zero pain, zero bruising, fair pricing, gorgeous results. Marie is knowledgeable and examined my face thoroughly to figure out exactly what would balance my face for a natural look. I still look like me, just better. She worked with my budget to create a plan for not only fillers/Botox, but skin care! It feels great to find someone you wholeheartedly trust with your face. Thank you Marie- can’t wait to go back!

I bought mom a trip to Destinations after she was recently widowed, and since then she’s never looked so confident with her appearance. She’s a naturally beautiful woman anyways, (and I’m not just saying that because she’s my mom) but since her spa treatments there she just seems so radiant and happy.
If I didn’t know she had just been there, because I’m such an amazing son to spoil her so, I would think she was ten years younger! I kind of expected her to come out all puffy and fake looking, (I’d love her regardless), but she looks so damn natural! Amazing!
Now, I’m no fool, I know that tricks are for kids, but that Marie is truly a magician. She’s like a female version of a warlock, but the kind that only uses her powers for good, not evil. She made mom feel comfortable and confident the entire time. And the woman who handled the billing (Maggie, Maddie?), made the process painless and easy.
Do yourself a favor, if you’re a mom or just some other kind of lady, go here and ask for Marie. If you’re a husband or son, go get a gift card and treat that special lady in your life and you’ll be an f-in hero, like me. You won’t regert it.

The staff at Destinations conducts business in a friendly, professional manner. Shannon performed a peel for me, and both her and her associate Skyler were very comforting and knowledgeable. I have been going to DR. Richardson for five years or better now. Absolutely love the results from every treatment I have had. I was not happy with the appearance of my skin and her staff helped me figure out a treatment that would address my concerns. I was thrilled with the outcome. I would not let anyone else do my treatments. I can always get an appointment in a timely manner, the staff has always been wonderful to deal with, especially Skyler.

Marie and Karyn were both great . They were Helpful and guided me as to what I really needed . I had a hydro facial my skin looks and feels great . I’ll be back for fillers .

The staff at Destinations is truly dependable and delivers on their word. I have known Skyler now for many years and she is legit. Recommended to me the right services at the right times in my life. She, and the others at Destinations created an environment that is relaxed and professional. I have since moved away, but I always schedule a visit with them when I am back in the area!

My experience at destinations medical spa stood out as most outstanding of all other spas I've tried. This was my first chemical peel and was nervous to get started, but Shannon's attitude and level of professionalism made me feel completely at ease and it ended up being a really enjoyable experience. I would go back not only for their quality products, but also because of Shannon and the rest of the hospitable staff. I've never felt more comfortable at a spa and would recommend it to anyone. I have had a 7 year doctor-patient relationship with Dr. Richardson. She is exceptional and so is her office manager, Skyler! I have enjoyed the results of her expertise as a continuing patient in addition to the luxury and convenience of her house calls. Dr. Richardson is always punctual, professional, and informative about all procedures offered. I would never consider having anyone other than Dr. Richardson perform improvements on my face! The results of her work are definitely 5 star quality👍👍👍👍👍

As a stylist and owner of Studio Ling in San Diego, it is very important to me who I partner with and send my clients to. My reputation is everything . Skyler has been coordinating clients for me for years. I have watched her make room for people who need an appt asap!! I was so booked one day, Dr. Richardson rearranged her entire day to get my client in at her home!I am constantly asking them what I should do to make myself still have a youthful look!! Skyler is always straight with me about what I need and how to keep my face looking as natural as possible. Options are hugely important when I make a decision to do my Botox and filler. I have the utmost confidence in the medical abilities of this staff to make sure all of us look fabulous and like real people who are not dolls!!

I have been going to Destinations Med Spa for a few years now and love it! They are incredibly easy to schedule an appointment with and the doctors and esthetician’s are professional and super friendly. They’re gone above and beyond for me a few times now to help me manage various skin issues that have happened recently. Not sure where my skin would be now if it weren’t for them!

I am a military wife and mother of two, and the stress of this crazy life was starting to show on my face. The finest night cream wasn't going to make any of the major improvements I was desiring, so I decided it was time to invest in myself. I was referred to Destinations by a dear friend who had a wonderful experience there, and now I understand why she was so quick to recommend this place! These wonderful people made me feel like I wasn't just a number, but a valued client. I was pretty scared because it was my first time, but they made me feel so comfortable. I still can't believe how much more youthful I look and feel after just a short time. I was even more pleased with the follow up call I received a week later to see how I was doing. They really do genuinely care about you and the work they do is phenomenal! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone, but especially newbies like me!

I see Dr. Richardson for Botox and filler about 4 times a year, and I am always thrilled with the results. Skyler Evans makes the entire process a breeze from getting me on the books on short notice to finding a location that is convenient to my ever changing schedule.
