The Fitness Asylum

I love my gym!! The trainers and people are so friendly and supportive! The workouts are challenging but anyone can do them... the best part about these workouts is that you will start seeing a difference in your body quickly. I hope to work out with you soon ;)

This place is an EXPERIENCE, not a gym. I've never been a part of anything like this before. I'm doing the 12 week body challenge and so far it is amazing. The setup of the challenge is well done, and I'm being held accountable. The bootcamp format is engaging, I keep coming back, 4-5 times per week. I want to do well! People are friendly and inviting, you never felt lost or unimportant. This place is FAmily. :)

I started at Fitness Asylum in Spring of 2017 by taking the 8 week Training Camp. I thought I was too old to do this but after attending my first Boot Camp I was hooked. All the instructors and members are so helpful, encouraging and welcoming. I have had great success with the program and I'm now working out several days a week and loving it!

This place is amazing. The instructors are very knowledgable and very supportive. I found the classes to be supportive as well. I will definitely be looking to do more with the great staff and clients at Fitness Asylum.

I have tried other gyms and other ways to loose weight and build a strong mind and body, I always come back to FA because it works!!!
