Ah-maze-ing. Love me some Taco Bliss. My wife has to put up with me talking about this place weeks before my trip to Paonia every year. Consistently great gourmet tacos with local fresh ingredients. Thanks Ed and Katie!

Seek these out. You won’t be disappointed. I had the carnitas with a sweet and spicy sauce and pickled watermelon. Ed and Katie were super friendly and most of the ingredients are loca, organic, and Home grown. I would make the 50 min drive to Paonia just to eat these tacos!

Best tacos in the game. Would recommend this place even if you have to wait a little longer. Quality is great. Flavors are well thought out.
