Rosales Produce

Finally got my chili today at Rosales Produce in a Escondido . I picked up the extra hot and it is very delicious😋. A little more red in there than I would’ve liked but that’s my fault.. I May have waited to long, I’m still going enjoyed it.🥰.

Every year we drive down to Rosales and drop off our small trailer while we play 18 holes at UNM. They roast up and bag green chili for us.

Excellent green chile, roaster while you wait. Usually have 4 different heat levels to choose from. Order a few days ahead and they can peel, de-stem, chop, and freeze your chiles in individual freezer bags, perfect for air or car travel home.

We drove a ways out of our way to come here and get green chili’s. We were new to chili’s didn’t know how or what to order and the women working and even the other shoppers were so friendly to us. I can’t wait to come back next year and get MORE!!

The Best Green Chile By Far! I ran out of Chile a few weeks ago and I am addicted to the stuff! Bueno frozen Chile is not an option! People don't know that these Chile Farms don't sell all their Chile at the end of the season and if you're in the know, these farmers freeze their leftovers and are usually very willing to sell it. I got 2 sacks of hot green Chile today and I am hyped! Don't have to wait another 6 weeks! Thanks Linda!!

Very friendly owner (Linda). Always has the best chili. Plus, has fresh pinto beans, pecan nuts and many other nice items. I will keep going back as often as i can.
