Delta County Fairgrounds

We enjoy our local fairgrounds. We go there often for walking and running. They have a cool 18 hole frisbee golf course along the backside. The grounds staff do a great job keeping the place neat and clean. There’s events that go on throughout the year and the Annual Delta County Fair complete with a rodeo and livestock. The equestrian area is always open and looks like a nice place to bring your horses for training and riding. There is an events hall for rental and hosting gatherings. Playground with swings, slides and Merry Go Round, shade and picnic tables.

Great facility. Rodeo grounds, disc golf and really nice park picnic area. Camping too.

Loved this place. From Jeff the grounds keeper to Lisa the the housekeeper, everyone was sensible, kind and so helpful...and you can walk to town. Clean, welcoming and dog friendly. Ill be back!

Was fantastic, the North Fork Country band performed along with the barbecue, everything was outstanding. Good job to all the Delta County staff.

They have a large parking lot that is well lit. Every year they have something new. And they brought back a favorite this year. The Demo Derby was a big hit until the large bolts of lighting and the down pore. I did notice there were not as many booths this year. And the heritage building was not set up at the time of the Demo Derby. So I did not get to see the exhibits.

We went to Hope West's Cornhole event, and the fairgrounds was the perfect place to have it!

The crew at Best Cellular are so very helpfully, they can answer any questions that you may have about your phone or service. Connie is a sweetheart, she is very knowledgeable on the phones they sell and service they provide. I don't know about you but I would rather deal with a friendly professional person than someone that just sells service and don't care about you as a person. I have been a customer at Best Cellular for five years and never had any problems at all stop in and meet the crew they are great people and Subway is right next door to grab lunch!!!

Well kept and friendly. Although the signs say "No alcohol" and "No dogs"; I saw both on the grounds and in the bleachers. Guess the snowflakes think the rules don't apply to them ?

Really neat place/park to hang out, adjacent to the fairgrounds. Very nice/clean/quiet, little park. Even when there are not current events going on @ the fairgrounds,

Well we had a birthday party for my little cousin and the bathroom was not open and we had little kids it was hard with kids but they had fun playing on the play ground equipment....

Pit stop on your way through the North Fork Valley, or enjoy a few hours with the kids, this is a nice place to relax! But if you enjoy old fashioned county fairs, be sure to visit during the annual Delta County fair, generally the second week of August :)

We had a picnic for the VFW. Tables were placed apart and everyone did their best to observe social distancing. It was a beautiful evening.

A nice fairgrounds, does need a little work. It's a great spot to stop and have a picnic and enjoy the view of the mountains.

Has a awesome disc golf course behind it.

Great community gathering, parking needs expanding, clean restrooms, great events for youth. Thanks to all volunteers for job well done.

Great place open field some play equipment amazing fair, when the fair isnt going on it's a great place to park an rv and explore town
