Ranger Station

I went fishing at the Wachusett reservoir. As I was leaving the gate I forgot to pick up my tackle bag. Got all the way home and almost cried. I decided to drive all the way back (2 hours round trip) in the pouring rain to find out that the bag was gone. Lost many sleepless nights thinking about it. It wasn’t just the money but it was part of me. Spent many years buying and collecting and now it’s gone. It was a long shot but I called the police Department and DCR Department just incase someone turned it in. No luck but the fine lady at the DCR Department suggested me calling the Ranger Station. I call the number and left a voice mail. And someone returned my call 5 minutes later. Long story short, they picked up my tackle bag and put it in a safe place . Because if they didn’t, that bag I’m sure would have been gone for good. I’m so thankful and very happy. These Rangers are wonderful people. You can trust them 💯 percents . I will be picking up my back pack in a few hours. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
