This place was amaaaaazing! The decor might benefit from a little updating, but the food abd the service was spot on. Best chicken soup I've had in a while and the fries with bacon and cheese was so yummy!!
Our group had grilled cheese, soups, Greek salad, Italian sub, and those yummy fries!
Will 100% go back on our next trip!

What a great surprise, the pizza is fantastic! We ordered a large pepperoni and extra cheese pizza and Let me tell you it definitely did not need the extra cheese, it was delicious and the crust was perfect! Server was very pleasant atmosphere was quite, food... Pizza was an absolute hidden gem.

Enjoyed the fresh & delicious breakfast buffet; a great way to start your day! Eggs with assorted meats & fruit, fresh cantaloupe & pineapple, pancakes, french toast, biscuits & gravy, and much more for only $10, with very friendly service from April and all the other delightful waitresses!

I went to this restaurant today with my family and I enjoyed it. The chipped looks fresh and delicious. We ordered French toast and scrambled eggs and they tasted homemade. The cook seems to have experience because he took our orders quickly. I recommend having breakfast here.

After a long day of driving, I was hungry for a hot bowl of soup! They had clam chowder so I ordered a bowl. It was packed full of clam meat and potato chunks. Flavor was delicious and not overly spiced. Price was fair for the amount.

Great homemade breakfast. Omelets were fresh and tasty. Big portions and very friendly service. Highly recommended!

Our family always goes to Maria’s for breakfast whenever we’re in Chincoteague for over 15 years now. We went three times this past week and each experience was really great. Our waitresses were attentive and friendly, and the host was very nice and accommodating. I called early on Friday morning to request an almost last minute reservation for our group. It was handled without any problems at all. I had to call back and increase the number in our party and they said no problem, they’d take care of it. Our group of 22 had a nice meal and our waitress was on top of it all! We had no complaints any of the times we went. The restaurant could use a tiny bit of tlc, but nothing that would prevent us from returning.

From the first moment I walked in with allergy concerns (shellfish for me, dairy for my wife) we were given courtesy and clear expectations. They did not disappoint.
Everyone left full and happy.

We've never had a bad meal here. They have a variety of great food, friendly staff and a restaurant right on Maddox, on the way to thebeach.

Fried chicken was done with little to no flour, made just like we do back on Guam. Homemade mashed potatoes with brown gravy ran down my tummy so smooth. Clam chowder the best I ever had. ❤ entire experience, top notch God Bless the Chef and the Team of this Mom and Pop American family restaurant .

Amazing food.. great prices.... friendly staff.... all had smiles

It feels like a small-town family diner. They have a large menu and the food was decent. They have some big seafood platters that cost a bit much, but their burgers are reasonable. My Hawaiian burger was really good and the fries were 4/5 stars. The crab balls were tasty. There is a candy store directly attached to the one side that looked really good too. They have a salad bar that comes with some meals and I saw that they have a breakfast buffet in the morning.

We had breakfast and supper at Maria's. The delmonica steak was excellent. Seasoned great and so juicy and tender. Laura, our waitress for supper was awesome. She was friendly and attentive. Brought drink refills before we even asked. She was full of smiles. So when anyone is visiting Chincoteague Island Va, you have to stop at Maria's. You won't regret it.

We go for breakfast every year we come down. We always get the buffet. The buffet features the things in a typical breakfast. The french toast was good, as well as the biscuits and gravy. The staff is always friendly when we go. The food is good, but don't expect the best of the best. We will continue going to Maria's.

Our server, Laura, was fantastic. Went here several times this week. The portions are massive and easily feed 2 people each.

Breakfast buffet was very good. Great selection. Server kept our coffee cups full.
