Jonesie Seabrook is seriously the most awesome realtor in Louisville! I loved working with her and she worked with me endlessly to get the perfect house. Melanie was first of all very professional. I first worked with Melanie when moving to Louisville and then recently when selling my home. Melanie was wonderful to work with on the selling side. She provided a stager who guided me in preparing the home for sale and the sale went very quickly. I truly appreciate everything Melanie did with both purchase and sale.

Melanie Jones was fantastic during the selling of
our home and buying of a new property. She
walked us through the entire process while
listening to our needs. She knew what we were
looking for and searched many properties until
we found the perfect place. She also gave us
fantastic advice getting our home ready to sell.
However, the best part was when it came time to
close on our home, the title company made a
$3000 mistake (not in our favor) but she picked
up on it prior to closing and had it resolved
before we arrived at the actual closing.
