Sara Legaspi is Amazing! I recently purchased a home and I couldn't of had a better experience! The house I was looking to purchase had passed all inspections but one, the septic. The main line leaving the tank was fully clogged and wasn't allowing the system to work. Sara and her team had a network of professionals on hand ready to handle the problem. On on top of dealing with home repairs, she is a Master Negotiator! She was able to get the seller to pay closing cost and have all septic repairs paid for and completed before closing!
